Red needs his own show...
a George Costanza show would have been nice to. He was the funniest one on SEINFELD !!
hell yea let's go on strike Redman show! Redman show! Redman show! Redman show! Redman show! Redman show! lol
Respect. This is a living legend and I'm so grateful to have grown up in the 90's. Truly blessed to have witnessed so much talent
Laura Reyes True story Tupac, Biggie, wu tang, snoop dog, Nas, Jayz, Nwa Dre {the chronic}, Mob deep, Az, Goodie mob, Keith Murray, lost boyz, Craig Mack, Queen Latifah, fresh Prince, jazzy Jeff, kid & play Krs1, LL cool j, Naughty by Nature, Bone thugz & Harmony, Capone & Noriega, Kris Kross, Another bad creation, EpMD, dabrat Jamaine Dupree Run dmc and the list goes on Shot out to the golden era hip hop.
Redman is just one of those guys that he looks like fun and trouble at the same time. Ha. He's a very likable guy. His smile is mischievous. He has a lot of layers: he's hip hop, street, ghetto, vulgar, trouble, funny, crazy, weed head, and most of all a talented brotha and a hip hop legend. Thanks Red 4 a detailed interview on your career.
I always said that if I could pick 1 rapper to just hang out and chill with it would probably be Redman. Or maybe Meth..
I dont think he looks anything like trouble or ghetto, street, crazy or whatever. With guys like him street life probably would be fun. In the street you have real half retarded, evil people, who really are nothing but trouble
I love Redman. I could watch him tell stories forever.
+MrSilksoul yes, when a person recounts their life or anything that's said so vividly due to the fact that you were not there it's called story- telling. Now when he rhymes it's a different flow then when he speaks. I'm a huge fan of his music but a big fan of just hearing him speak.
+Violet Martinez right so based on what you just said, you can hear him all day. watching someone story tell would be more like the 20s 30s Era of silent movies. I'm just giving you a hard time though.
Never acted like somebody he wasn't, Redman has always been 100. I'll be that I'll be that
My favourite rapper of all time. He had me at "Whut...Thee Album" and then, when I thought he was untouchable, doubled down with "Dare Iz A Darkside" which was even better. Then, album three "muddy Waters" drops and it is EVEN BETTER AGAIN lol Redman albums were an event. Much love to Red and the entire Def Squad fam xxx
Gang I just saw this today and just realized today hes my favorite sorry I'm late to the Gila house party but im here now so I'll just pick it up pick it up get on down oooh oooh oooh yo I send this one out to my DOWGGZZ
He's a product of having been raised by good loving parents. You can definetly tell
Definitely, even in his roughest, grimiest years of the early 90's he was always a cool and genuine dude.
The G.O.A.T.!!!!
First four albums are timeless material. Redman is the reason I wanted to start rhyming when I was a kid.
Absolutely love this dude. This is one of the best interviews I have ever watched. Mostly because Redman is just an entertainer at heart. Truly entertaining.
Vlad please interview more Old School guests.....Queen Latifah, New Edition w/ Bobby Brown, SWV, TLC/Chilli & T- Boz, LL-Cool J, DMX, Faith Evans, Naz, Missy & Timberland, Ginuwine, Usher, Diddy, etc..
yea because these new ppl are wack as hell to me..im forever stuck in the 90's with hip hop
much love to Redman. Definitely one of the best MC's to ever spit a rhyme.
Redman...one of the greatest🙌😎🙌😎
Redman is definitely a legend! No one sounds like him he's dope. I remember when he first came out. Everywhere you went you would here his music bumping from somebody's house or car speakers.
When I first heard “tonight's da night” I was instantly blown away he ripped that shit.. Redman is one of the first MC’s if not the first to bring Comedy to Rap.. One of my favorite artist hands-down 🎤
This one of the best interviews I’ve watched because redman just tells you a story and you feel like you were there with him and he just honest and talks about every subject you ask him. Hard to find a interview like this now
Yo, I laughed all the way through this, just like I do Red's albums. This dude is endlessly, effortlessly hilarious. Jersey!
Red man just makes me so happy! His energy is everything. ❤️
Who don't love Redman.
His children......if they are gay lol. Proper legend of a bloke, he seems awesome except his views on gays
Redman is the best interview subject ever. One question and he talks on and on without bullshit. Real dude.
Redman funny as hell"""😂😂😂
Reggie One of the best MC's ever. It has to be said.
No offense but you guys just heard this in an Eminem song and now wanna front like you know Hip Hop.. top 5? Best to come out of Jersey but top 5 you buggin
Ouane Redman is a highly respective emcee in Hip Hop Culture. Em hasnt been dope since 2004 and no one fucking likes him anymore. For you to say that makes you sound like an ignorent 10 year old.
Some Guy On The Internet I said Em mentionned him in Till I Collapase and now hypebeasts act like they rate him too 5. Never discreditem him but top 5 ever is a reach. You have the Reading comprehension of a 10 year old
I’m one of those old dudes that knew instantly when Em said “Reggie, jayz, Tupac...” he was talking about Red because I was there when Red taught the lower east coast how to roll a blunt in 92. Younger people have rewritten history but in reality Redman was wayyyyyyyyy more popular in the streets from 92-94 than even Pac and Biggie. It wasn’t even close. I can’t even explain to anybody who wasn’t there how much us old heads thought of Red. That’s why Em gave him that much love. Ems old ass was there too lol. In 1992-3 EVERY kid in the hood banged whut the album and knew every word. That’s why Mike came out to his shit on his return. Mike probably did his whole bid listening to that. It was just another time and I’m glad I was there. Rap will never be the same.
Redman got the best all time skits
ICE CREAM MAN SKIT 🍦Little kid: " I want a vanilla cone and some sprinkles..and and uh a lil.Icey....."
😂😂😂😂
HOOD SHIT..
True....but sometimes when I just want to hear the music I don't want to hear them......yeah I know to press > > 😁
"look up in the sky it's a bird it's a plane, it's the funk docta spock smokin...
Great interview. Lots of respect for Redman...has kept it real for a long time.
"I'm a dope as rapper with sinus problem" 😩🤣😭⚰️
Reggie "Redman" Noble.....
He needs an Unsung Episode..... He's sick with the lyrics AND the beats!
For only being born in the late 90s I swear I'm greatful to even be born in the 90s era, in only 20 and swear wish and rather live back in the day then now. Love Redman Mad Respect 🙏🏼
You ever watch a good interview never wanting it to end
Man I'm loving how all my Hip-hop heroes are telling their stories these days..I watched an E-40 interview yesterday and it was dope
Redman goes 10 minutes off of one question 😂 gots to love my dude. One of the best rappers ever!!
He was one of my favorite mcs when I was growing up. Its great to see how humble and real he is.
That story on MC Hammer had me rollin. Didn't know he was really about it lol
Am I the only one who falls asleep to this sometimes? Even though I've watched this several times he's such a good storyteller bro💯
Redman’s like that Cousin you hardly ever see but when you do your reminded how much fun and Love you have for them. I’ve never gotten a Hollywood vibe from him and he’s one of the best to ever do it! True G.O.A.T 🙏🏾 I love seeing him win 🏆 Love his Humility and Realness.
he is so real and natural. something missing in this new generation of rappers
Vlad sure do know how to sneak Eminem into the conversation
How is there gonna be a Redman interview without mentioning his stan Eminem
One of the greatest of all time
Redman my dude one of my favorite rappers. Vladtv thanks for posting the whole interview.
I wish I had 10% of the energy this guy has.
Mark JN Me too! It's the trees he smokes. His energy is very strong. He's seems fun to be around but he looks mean at the same time like he'll curse you out with the quickness. I love it!
Redman the fucking realest ever
One of the best interviews I've seen. Red Man drops so many jewels of knowledge and has such an awesome story!
Always the same person over 20 yrs Big BIG RESPECT💯🎯
Love how ADD Redman is. Just shows how genuine he is.
METHOD MAN next please!!!!! Mef probably got some crazy Wu stories based out of Shaolin!!!
Flipmode meets the Def Squad is so hard
+samuel lopes imagine being in the studio and having to go after busta or redman lol
As much as Redman mentions Newark in his music he shoulda been knew he was from there
Fuckin right... I'm just 4 min in and already Vlad's being self-contradictory, and trying to steer the conversation towards more unsavory elements, while showing a lack of pre-interview research. It's like smh, should I even continue?
I’d assume that he asked him that for the people that don’t know of Redman like the hardcore fans do.
Redman is one of my top 10 for sure man, his personality is great man thank you for this whole interview Vlad!
"They call him 2-Teks he tote 2 Teks, and when he start to bust he like to ask whos next" - Biggie
Exactly what i thought of.. i been a fan of Big my whole life but recently hearing from his Mom that he really didn't live that life kind of got me feeling different about him.
@@jwuuds6003 his mom only knew as much as he could tell and show to her he obviously has a long history of doing crazy shit
@@australium7374 i mean he’s done some shit but nothing like what he raps about. It’s cool tho most stories are embellished obviously or they’d be boring. It is sometimes disappointing tho when you think someone was really about that life and in most cases find out they went to some elite school of arts. I grew up in that era where u can’t talk about it if you didn’t live it
Thank you so much for dropping the full interview. Love you.
"Oh you gone say suttin about my dancing paints?! Ima see you!" Mc Hammer
Lmao
Glad somebody else thought that was funny.....I chuckled for a minute after that one.
Nuff respect to you VLAD TV for an awesome interview with Reggie Noble. Redman is one of my favorite MCs, lyricist, hip hop entertainers of all time. So insightful. Thank you Vlad T.V.. I love your get down. Keep it coming.
Tonight's the night is what started that jersey vibe. Respect to one of the best!
Redman funny as hell, gotta be one of the coolest rappaz ever!
22:22 "I LOVE MY JESUS I LOVE MY GOD"
@@deebonash1495 no hes saying jesus is not our messiah. Yasharahla is our Messiah. The name jesus is only 400 years old. Blacks are the biblical Hebrews. That's what he means.
RESPECT! !!..THIS IS WHAT THE GAME NEEDS MORE OF...REAL SKILLS AND TALENT!!
whut the album and muddy waters are two examples of hip hop music in its MOST purist form !
I use to be on the def jam street team back in 2000. redman is telling the truth about the company, they had us promoting both def soul/def jam artists the same type of way. I know the main vets of the label like ll cool j, redman, meth, weren't getting the same push that rockafella, murda inc and dmx and his bloodline label were getting. jay z was a horrible president over there, he only looked out for ross, jeezy and rihanna. those were his best signees. everyone else like ghostface, red, meth, he could care less about. he was more interested in being a businessman than caring about the music. I think def jam hasn't been the same since lyor cohen and kevin liles left the company.
Vlad needs to interview you next. VLAD get this dude an interview I'm interested in knowing what was going on inside Jay-Z's presidency at Def Jam
Its like they say then, Jay Z was the beginning of the attitude this new generation has where they could care less about hip hop and more about something else (dont know what exactly).
Will never forget his MTV Cribs...he didnt give a sh*t, was super huble, didnt take himself seriously and really exposed the rest of the celeb show off culture. Such a cool dude
We do for another Redman interview!
New Jersey Drive is a very underrated movie. One of the better ones from the genre
Respect to Redman always on top of he's emcee game....one of my favorite n humble emcee I ever meet....keep banging Red
Red has always been my favourite artist and not just for his lyrics, he's always been down to earth and funny. The first hip hop album I bought was cypress hill followed by redman
How is it so many Redman fans and no one mentioned the Mudface album but me. That is a bangin album yall.
I'm from south africa. This nigga was everyone favourite in my block. I mean everyone. He was even liked better than tupac biggie and nas. Everytime when he rock! he rocked hard to. Thanks to redman for the memories. Especially his first 3 albums, they were jewels to us.
RedMan is high af. Lol. Love my dude.. Vlad is mad quiet doing the interview.
Redman is a true legend, could listen to him talk for weeks
man one of my favorite interviews of all time. hands downs. s good red! !! MUCH LOVE
Everytime Redman is getting called "underrated" and getting attention, AZ pop up in the conversation
U-God is so underrated! His delivery and honest have some of the most quotable bars in wu. If someone asked you quote a Wu bar outside the hooks! First thought “Raw I’m give it to ya” Give this man his credit !
Great to have a podcast on this session. Thanks to Redman and Methodman rocking out in Adelaide, AUST other week .
Redman is the shit, nobody did like him and meth in the 90s(they both played hype man off each other) They changed the game.

Red says: "don't bring that up in my house!"
Listening To REDMAN Talking IS 2Hrs Well Spent.
one of the most legendary hip hop interviews ever...
took hat off at dinner.... coke everywhere hahahahahha I love him!
Black people already knew why his name was redman...lightskinned blacks are called red or sometimes yella..lmao!
♡ ReggieNoble♡ his music flash me since I was a 12 year old kid livin up in Belarus... A country the most people haven't ever heard of... This is the power of good vibes... comin straight from brick city to another lil edge of the world ... ♡ luv ya ✌
REDMAN IS HIP HOP... PERIOD
Watching this interview brings so much nostalgia. I remember in the 90s Redmond was my favorite rapper.
Red is Crazy. Salute the God!!
The crying part when he called Eric omg I died laughing
Cant lie one of best interviews on ur channel all 90’s babies grew up on Redman
I laughed more at this than almost any interview Vlad ever done. Also these new rappers need to take notice, Red street but he didn't have to tell Vlad everything about his business but got his point across. Lmfao Red type man that ride with you when you at the lowest. Respect Red.
they should have just posted The whole interview already. I don't like it when they just post bit and pieces of the interview
Well that would be the RIGHT thing to do but Vlad needs to squeeze every bit of views and in turn money out of every interview.
Vlad, well done sir. Once again you bring us an amazingly informative interview of a motherfuckin' legend!!! This interview shows the pure essence of Redman aka Reggie Noble!!! Hands down, best interviewer in the game. Nobody on television, radio, or the Internet holds it down in one on one interview like you do player. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & you're the most consistent interviewer I've seen yet. You're the Michael Jordan of the interviewer game my friend.
The MC Hammer story always cracks me up because OutKast basically said the same thing
Love when legends speak
Correction De la Soul was early on the skits before NWA or Cube.
I think the correct response would be that De La Soul had skits BEFORE REDMAN! They definitely did not have skits before NWA!
Theonlychild1988 they had skits before NWA. #learnyourhiphop. NWA didnt do much of you think about. only making rap mainstream, and glorifying the n word
Good interview, can't wait till How High part 2 come out. Definitely gotta get blazed on that 🔥
Love the full interviews on the blad couch!👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾
Legend, my favourite rapper hands down 💯👑
"Redman ready to rock rough rhymes"
Redman ready to rock. I got a glock then pow. Your body is all over the block.
Redman is one of the best storytelllers in history! I can listen to his stories for DAYS!
Hell yeah dude I was just thinking the same
