oh they sure are.... and they are real musicians... and they can play well... and as much fun as you make of anthony he could play any instrument he'd want if he chose to.... real musician... those guys including hillel were and are great musicians who could write music, something you rarely find now days, you really dont they deserve the status of celebrities, they earned it by bringing amazing band into the world with amazing songs that could actually play very well live and in studio something you see less and less now days, in fact you dont why fooling yourselves you just dont
Gosh this makes me so happy. All of their speeches were beautiful. Hearing John speak put a huge smile on my face…speaks the same way he always has. Chad’s beautiful words as always, love that he included every member, and I just knew he was going to shout out Taylor before he even did it, I’m very happy that he did. Flea recounting those old memories really puts it into perspective. Anthony said exactly what I feel about them… when these 4 come together something cosmic and otherworldly happens. It’s the truth. I love them forever. Also Flea at the end “nobody’s pooped on it yet!” after anthony licked it… LMAO they have grown so much in beautiful ways but at the same time they haven’t changed ❤️
Especially seeing John on you tube all screwed up and half dead, he's so lucky to be alive and its all because of the love they have for each other. I hope y'all grow old and grey together, forever. RHCPs Rock till you drop!

I've been a fan from the UMPP album (1st) on. I lived in Hollywood back in the 80s and they are still the soundtrack to the city to me. They deserve this so much. The new album is KILLER too so I'm so happy for them. They came through so much and yet they still jump around like the Hollywood kids I saw back then. I wish everyone could see them live at least once like I did. Life changing :)

I liked what Flea said, I identify with it in a way. He panhandled on that street at 11 years old, played trumpet in a parade going down that street in High School and now the RHCP have a Star on that streets sidewalk. To me it seems like that street is home in a way. I once felt home in Burnside Park, when I was homeless and had just gotten off the train back to RI from Jersey. I had to pass through Burnside and saw Amos along with Kenny there and it did feel like home, especially given my circumstances beyond homelessness and the type of attention I was getting. I don't consider the park itself home but in that moment with those people it was.
john has always been so humble🥹i remember flea talking about him when john first joined and how he didn't care about the money but cared about his music and how it made HIM feel

Im fan since 95. Rhcp changed my life. I was out of music and the chilli peppers gave me the light way to play all their instruments. If I play anything it will sound like rhcp in the end. Hahaha. Have been in so many places listen to it. OMg. I have no words.
