This bathroom is truly stunning just as your friend said! I love the changes that you made, especially the personal artwork rather than just a readymade piece of art. I love the idea of the baskets for the extra toilet paper and towels. I was thinking one of those chunky French soaps like a Savon de Marseille would look nice sitting on the little wooden stool on the shelf.
Nice job! I'm so glad that you replaced the mirror with two individual oval mirrors. The clear light bulb is different which softens the look. Love the olive leaf vase. The fringed hand towel reminds me of one that I got on clearance at Target which is now used in the kitchen. The whole look makes it warm and inviting.
So lovely, Brandy! I'm not sure if this was done just for the shoot, but I would avoid putting towels and pillows in the bathroom since it's kind of unsanitary 😥
I have been wanting to redo our master bathroom for so long. All of your ideas have inspired me to do it. Also the vase with flowers that you out in the shelf was just the icing on the cake. It instantly elevated the look.

It looks much better. It’s a very high end bathroom. I love the shelves across from the toilet. Wish I had room for that. I love the mirrors. We have one big one too. I don’t really like it. I have to clean the top with a step stool. It’s way too big. And we have can lights in the ceiling. Those I don’t mind.

It feels wrong to have pillows in the same space as toilet though. Did you know that the toilet sprays poop particles 6 ft radius? Ya, we learned that in microbio class. So all those pillows and towels will essentially have poop on them :S
Recently did an almost gut of our upstairs bath. In looking for the Roman shades, the site comes up, but not the specific item. Is it possible to link the exact one ? TIA
I guess if this were just a photoshoot for a makeover, the bathroom would be great. But that giant plant sitting on the counter is a bit over the top. There's no room for your guests to get ready and those branches are gonna poke them in the head when they're at the sink. People don't live with giant plants on their bathroom sink. Those pillows need to go in a closet. But the bathroom does look way better.
Nothing about this was special, I wouldn't walk in there like OMG this bathroom!! It still looks builder grade but better than it was! I was waiting for some tiles or some paint not just accessories.
I love it, but I don't understand why contractors hang lights above mirrors. It is not flattering on anyone and it produces shadows on faces. Lights should be hung on the side or in the middle of mirrors. I love everything you did to their bathroom. Great job! 👏🏼
Just a suggestion if you remove the picture light in your kitchen and replace with sconces.. just looks like it floating there on the wall and being black kinda distracting…
