Probably a year to late BUT, the reason they got gunned down is because they told them the name of the boat, they got gunned for the secrets of the Manchurias Gold to not get to the public and maintain a secret. If you don’t tell them the name of the boat they actually rescue all of crew who are still left. You can also just escape via Duke of Milan or by the coastguard if Connie escapes early in the game:)
Watching this made my feet hurt... all the ankle breaking jumps, the bare feet on the rusty old floors. I kept thinking to myself every time I saw their feet, "They are gonna need a tetanus shot after all this"
This game could have been better if they didn't spoil the whole thing like halfway through. Would've been cooler to at least believe it could have been supernatural. Also goddamn Jerma, a rat in your stomach? Really?
I remember seeing the trailer for this. The game looks great, but WOW there's a lot working against it. The characters look dead when they speak (unintentionally, I imagine), the writing's questionable at best, and a good amount of the characters are unlikable. The stream was great though, enjoyed every second of it.

Honestly, the writing is so b(r)ad that I can't really get invested in the story or the characters. It doesn't really bother me that jerma makes a bunch of b(r)ad decisions. Like, at the end, he KNOWS that the rat bursting outta his chest is a hallucination, but he still stabs it, even though it's pretty obvious what would happen

I wish they would take breaks from the "wacky" stuff every now and again to just let the viewer take in the narrative and get a moment to breathe. Normally Jerma's wacky personality and the jokes he makes arises naturally, it's organic. It feels forced and overdone here.. I don't know, maybe I'm just not feeling it on this video but i stand by what i said, I love pretty much everything else Jerma does but this was a bit torturous.
