Brandon was beautiful inside in and out. This movie reminds me of the song from Evanescence „Bring me to life“. Brandon Lee, forever in my heart. Gone to a brighter home where grief can not come 😢♥️
This movie was made SO LONG before Sin City, 300, and the countless other comic book movies made that had a hard edge underground comic book style, I think it is often overlooked as a real original and stylized landmark in cinema. And DAMN what a tragedy that this man did not get to keep making more movies and live a longer life. He could have been Johnny Depp big I feel. Every time I watch The Crow I get this deeply sad feeling of what could have been for Brandon Lee.
In my 8th grade advanced language arts class (early 90s) we had a dictation assignment - we had to read a quote and name the author of that quote and the class had to write it down. I chose a quote from The Crow graphic novel.
We love Brandon lee, so sad he passed so young I wonder if he was still alive I could definitely see Quinton Tarantino having him play Bill in kill Bill, that would have been awesome.
They need to release a Blu-Ray version of this movie with the Black & White and Color option he was talking about. They could do it with a simple optional visual filter that could be turned on or off at the right time.
