5:18 --- Were you sitting or standing when you videoed your foot on that Brannock device? You're supposed to stand up and put weight on your foot to get the size and then take a photo looking straight down (which is why it is usually better for someone else to determine your size because subtle shifting back and forth can change how much weight is on your foot and also the angle of the photo. Also, that slider on the left side is not supposed to be there, it's supposed to line up with the base of your big toe, it determines arch length. If the arch length is a bigger number then that's your true size. That horizontal slider is supposed to go up against your foot to get your width.
