At about the 34:12 you turn the camera. To the left of that bar about 1/4 way up from the bottom there's a green dot. It's the mechanism right above the green dot. Mine stopped working and I'm trying to find the part and was hoping you can help.
I know the company I had mentioned in the video is no longer. But if you try compressed system in Tampa Fl. 8006268177 they may have the part. Just to confirm is it the part with the cable? If so I believe that to be the stop system-emergency. Will send you a diagram 👍🏽

Yes it works perfectly. Had no problems at all. I have even topped it up earlier this year. Oil is oil but different brand names. On the hydraulic tank it give 4 different makes they like you to use. 👍🏽
sir I have model airmen pds265s problems water temperatures on light to monitor, on key light water temperatures on readay engine run still have...so I tes open cek water pum conditions ok,and I cheng new tomostart only..and 1pcs sensor area tomostart cheng new still have problems...can give idea want problems 😀
I have this same model compressor. The problem I am having is that when I put it to start position and start its fine then if I switch to run with the valves off and let pressure build it will blow pressure relief valve and spew oil and air all inside the compressor. My compressor was used for heavy construction had the balls ran off it and has 6000 hours and I come to find out the air/ oil separator has never been changed! I took it off and as soon as the last bolt was out it came loose and about half a gallon of oil came out of the housing it was beyond soaked! So I soaked the filter in a solvent bath for a couple hours now its drying going to re use filter until I can get a new one hopefully that was the problem. Cant see it being the pressure relief valve theres nothing to the thing.
@@wolfeman1966 I probably have one Id have to look in our office in its file. We bought this compressor new more than a decade ago and its been ran very hard. This morning I re installed the cleaned filter and still had the same issue. I noticed oil was backing up in the line that comes out of the bottom of the filter housing and returns any excess oil back into the oil reservoir. Inside that line the strainer had fallen out and was just inside the brass fitting not doing anything. I cleaned it and put it back in correct spot. I used our shop compressor to blow that line out and hook it back up and now she is running good and not blowing the pressure relief anymore. Hopefully that was the problem.
Yes it can ... but I put mine through a air pot which leads to my air hood. If you want it directly to the air hose then you will need the right connections.👍🏽
I have a the same one and after about 10 minutes of running wide open while I’m blowing off equipment it all of the sudden just stops running I changed the thermostat and still does it there’s gotta be a safety overheat turn off on it somewhere or something else is going on can’t figure it out any ideas ?
Have you checked the oil, hydraulic oil levels. I had something similar but it was the battery. Cleaned the connections and after charging the battery it did it again and again. Replaced the battery and it’s never done it since. But again check items, on my video. Sometimes it’s just something so simple.👍🏽 Let me know what you find.🤔

I am not implying you were being cheap on the oil. I take it you didn't know there is a difference, but the difference is huge. There is a reason they recommend the expensive stuff. Your compressor will thank you later when it doesn't wear out prematurely.

Great job on the vid and info. But to let you know, the AW46 you put in is the WRONG oil for that compressor. As you can see, the Texaco is DE32 32 is the weight, and 46 is too thick. And more importantly, plain AW hydraulic oil will not work properly in that screw compressor. You need to use one of the 3 recommended oils listed on the tag. None are cheap........the Mobil Rarus SHC 1024 is over $250 for 5 gallons. But using AW46 Hydraulic oil can cost you very expensive problems later on. The people you bought it from don't care........they will sell you another one when this one fails due to the wrong oil.
Great question. What I did notice was when I topped it up to the position required...I found that there must have been some still left in the system as once I started it up it would foam up inside the viewing tube. And a day of running it some of the oil found a way out the the little white filter about an 2" long. I spoke with the manufacturer of the oil and they said the oil is good for that unit and not to worry about the foaming as it was mixing with air and would sort it self out. One week later it was clear again. Still running good and no problems. Are u thinking me being in sunny Florida... it should have been thinner oil..? Not thicker..? Yes it can ... but I put mine through a air pot which leads to my air hood.
