Thanks Shivam for highlighting this issue. Flipkart should be avoided when ordering anything. I ordered a prepaid PS5. The product was falsely marked as delivered, even though I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they were unhelpful and kept delaying the resolution. After escalating on various forums, Flipkart finally admitted their mistake and delivered the product after several days. I even sent them a legal notice, but they ignored it completely. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and showed how unreliable Flipkart can be.
These big brands like Flipkart only care about selling products but not after sales service. I remember Flipkart used to be so good but now as it getting bigger it's becoming a trash day by day. This applies to almost all big brands. Thanks for making this awareness and brave video brother. We as a consumer really really appreciate it.

As shown in the video, Flipkart is blatantly misleading the customer. This kind of thing happens with Amazon too, just check their social media posts, and you’ll see similar complaints. That said, Amazon’s customer support seems slightly better than Flipkart’s.
I have worked as customer care for Flipkart and its really bad, we as agents on call don't even have much power to do anything, we can raise returns and update about status but its upto higher ups what they want to do, I have seen so many people who have pending money, products for months and aren't getting any closure....this whole job made me feel so much guilt that I left the job.
They have no power at all I ordered moto buds and when it reached my nearest hub i thought the next day i will get my delivery but day after day i waited for 6 days . 6 freaking days then they delivered the product never going to purchase anything from Flipkart

@@realjeetishere As an Amazon CSA I've seen a lot of incidents where technicians do not visit (from smartphone to large appliance) & customers need to wait for long time. Internal teams do not update the tickets in time, resulting delay in concession. Lack of OTP based delivery for a lot of expensive items. For seller fulfilled COD orders there's a lot of instance that seller issue refund as phyaical cheque instead of Amazon pay balance/bank account refund. Cheque delivery time- 2 weeks from issuance. Then if you want we can cancel the cheque and issue the refund to your bank/apay balance. But the cheque cancellation timeline then will be 10 business days. (So you can understand for such cases how much annoying it is). For normal refund on return- You might get refund almost instantly after the pickup confirms. But it can take upto (pickup date+13 days) as well. Within that agents cannot issue any refund (we literally do not get any option now). And the worst part is these things aren't mentioned in website. But, there's one plus point in Amazon that if your account has a good concession history there's a big chance that your issue related to concession will be resolved quickly (still 'quick' means atleast 2 weeks. Can vary depending on scenario)
I worked as customer care in Flipkart for around 2 months before eventually leaving. But in the two months I did work there, cases like these were way too common for a brand that is supposed to be this big and a direct competitor to Amazon. People not getting their products, not getting replacements or refunds, being stalled out for 5-6 months. I saw it all. And all I could do was tell them that we'd be escalating it accordingly without any favorable outcome for the customer. After seeing all this I made sure my family would never buy anything off Flipkart again.

I used to work as a customer service associate for the Flipkart process, and I can confirm that these issues were very common with Flipkart customers and whenever any customer used to come with issues like these, all we were told to do is "apologise, empathise" and escalate the issue and give them a new TAT. Kabhi kabhi toh mujhe bhi bura lagta tha inn customers ke liye.

My town is small so the shopkeepers provide such expensive products after ordering from nearby cities. I am going to a nearby big city next week so i ll buy it there myself even if cost 1-2k extra. Shopkeepers provide better after sales service than online platforms

Usne complaint daali and 3 din baad reply Diya unhone. Unhone kaha ki aapko new piece deliver kardege toh usne kaha ok. Unhone delivery boy ko toh pakad liya par ps5 deliver nahi kara. 15 din tak daily puchha tab jaakar bhejwaya unhone. Pls stop shopping from Flipkart....

He gets caught a lot in the Flipkart hub but the managers of that Flipkart hub does the same, forget about firing him.

I recently ordered a handheld gaming PC from Flipkart with an exchange offer. It seemed like a great deal, especially since Flipkart explicitly mentioned during the exchange process that they would accept the old device even if the screen was damaged. However, when the delivery agent arrived, they refused to pick up the exchange item, citing a black spot on the screen as the reason. Despite spending nearly 4 hours speaking with Flipkart's customer support, I ultimately had to cancel the order. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Flipkart not only failed to honor their own terms but also changed their statements and policies on the fly. Yet another example of poor customer support. Extremely disappointing!

I also ordered CP Plus camera (with installation) from Flipkart and I also faced the same problem about the technician. I almost called 7 to 8 times to the customer care and each time they created a new ticket of 2 to 4 days duration. And 1 month passed no response from their side at last we asked them that we will install the cameras from the local technician and you have to pay the charges whatever the technician demands at first they are not agreeing with this, that ur warranty will get breached and further we can’t able to claim any warranty on it. But at last they agreed and finally it gets installed last month by the local technician and the charges were refunded as gift card by flipkart after we show them the bills.😅😅 But it’s a really serious issue of their services.
Amazon is in the same boat this happened with me in amazon also , I got a headphone of 10k headphone in 6k but i got a used headphone so i asked for replacement and refund option was not even available in the page only replacement option but after they said that we can’t give you replacement and they gave me refund instead but till then the price of headphone went again to 10k .
I personally use amazon for everything. Once i ordered a joystick from amazon and it didn’t come with dongle when i sent the video proof they instantly sent another one and even told me to keep the first one, same with a gaming mouse, the mouse stopped working after 5 months (it was under 6 months warranty) they sent a brand new mouse on sending proof. I can never get this kind of service from flipkart, my friend worked in the Flipkart CS team and would get literal abuses from frustrated customers.
I bought my iPhone 15 on 15 Oct for 53k. Flipkart didn't deliver it for 10 days. The day when iPhone 15's price went up to 65k, Flipkart's team called me and tried to cancel my delivery. I had to be very persistent to get my phone otherwise it would have been a sales scam.

Same happened with me, My father gifted me a laptop ( lenovo Ideapad gaming) Even Venom bhaiya reviewed it and And I told my father that this is a good laptop, We should buy it, After this flipkart delivered it and It was the same open box delivery that guy got in the video, I started the laptop and there was no screen but it just booted up and no display came, I called lenovo helpline and they helped and display came and after 1 day, It again happened, Then we complained flipkart, There delivery boy came and took laptop and said it would be replaced, it's been 1 year there is no refund and no replace,It was so precious for me and flipkart just broke my emotions, Never buy a product from flipkart Love u venom bhaiya for this work ❤

I had ordered two PS5 discs from flipkart, both were fake. The Seller had 4.7/5 star rating on flipkart. They had just sent me a fake empty disc with a sticker on top, looking very close to the original. I think I got my refund after a month, even after I am a flipkart VIP customer. I reported the seller and gave 1 star review to the product, yet my review isnt showing on flipkart and I don't think flipkart has taken any action on them as well.
I had a very similar experience. In my case, I had ordered The Last of Us Part II when it was released back in 2020. First, the delivery was late. Second, when I opened the product, it was a 1 tiny page of paper with a fake steam code on it. It was as if the seller didn't know how to scam properly even. Never got any refund or replacement after fighting for 1 month, shifted to Amazon entirely.

Bro my case is exactly the same , I purchased the same laptop Acer Neo predator Neo 16 2023 for 80k during sale. My laptop was showing vertical line from the first boot . I had zero belief in Flipkart because of very poor past customer support so I contacted the Acer customer service team they said we will replace the screen for u for free since it was in warranty, I agreed to that and I went to the nearest Acer service centre and they replaced the screen with brand new original working screen under 3 days . So yeah I was kind of happy with there service.

As a Guy who has worked for Flipkart customer care I can say that everything happened in this video is true. The reason for this is there are various teams to just verify a case and get the replacement. During my time I had seen many case like this, There was a case where customer ordered 2 devices with EMI as payment but had not received the product for 2 months. The updates as a customer service agent we see are that the shipping guys telling to tell customer to cancel the order and replace it, The catch is that Flipkart does not give option to the customer or to the agents to cancel the order so how can a customer cancel this. There was a case where a customer purchased a couch of around 77 Thousand or more I can't remember but this had this same scenario. Main thing I am trying to say is Flipkart is very bad at customer service and also one more thing - The thing with the Open Box Deliver is that you should never share a OTP until the delivery guy opens the box and you verify the contents because if you give the OTP and if the product is damaged Flipkart is not doing anything for that they will just deny it.
So far My experience with Flipkart is So Smooth. BTW They aren't rude like some shopkeepers with their high Margins. I always prefer Flipkart over Amazon.

It's not only Flipkart, but it happened to me on Amazon... I buy acer monitor"VG240Y M3" after watching your monitor ke thok vikreta wali video...I also got some dead pixels on the monitor's screen so, I raised the issue on day one ... and then said I got the replacement from the brand "ACER" itself... a technician was assigned to me. Still, no one came after five days I visited the Acer service centre... after a few days, I received the DOA certificate and DOA packaging of my monitor... after the DOA packaging you don't have to open it they use stickers on top and bottom of the box... even after this amazon is not agreed to give me replacement... after a month they agree to provide me with refund but product price is high... now i'm waiting for my refund to issue... i'm not happy with that still wanted replacement... Thank you for understanding this problem... will support you through the end...
Same thing happened with me - I bought Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop last year on 10th October 2023, it was dead on arrival completely, and finally return got approved on 14th May 2024, only with the option of taking refund, which I got on 23rd May 2024. Also I bought the laptop on No cost EMI, so the refund amount was also around 6k lesser than what I paid through EMIs. But then I bought HP Victus offline in July 2024 from Reliance Digital, which was around same price on Flipkart but got this deal at around 3k lesser. Moral of the story - Never get attracted by Flipkart Deals, even offline stores will give you good deals if you show genuine interest at the stores and have good credit cards. 🥰
Same experience. My pixel watch 2 was already unboxed. When I raised the complaint, they asked me for proof. I shouldn't have given the OTP. Luckily, the product works perfectly fine.

Thanks Shivam for highlighting this issue. Flipkart should be avoided when ordering anything. I ordered a prepaid PS5. The product was falsely marked as delivered, even though I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer support multiple times, but they were unhelpful and kept delaying the resolution. After escalating on various forums, Flipkart finally admitted their mistake and delivered the product after several days. I even sent them a legal notice, but they ignored it completely. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and showed how unreliable Flipkart can be.
These big brands like Flipkart only care about selling products but not after sales service. I remember Flipkart used to be so good but now as it getting bigger it's becoming a trash day by day. This applies to almost all big brands.

As shown in the video, Flipkart is blatantly misleading the customer. This kind of thing happens with Amazon too, just check their social media posts, and you’ll see similar complaints. That said, Amazon’s customer support seems slightly better than Flipkart’s.
I have worked as customer care for Flipkart and its really bad, we as agents on call don't even have much power to do anything, we can raise returns and update about status but its upto higher ups what they want to do, I have seen so many people who have pending money, products for months and aren't getting any closure....this whole job made me feel so much guilt that I left the job.
So sorry to hear that you ended up working for such a terrible company.
They have no power at all I ordered moto buds and when it reached my nearest hub i thought the next day i will get my delivery but day after day i waited for 6 days . 6 freaking days then they delivered the product never going to purchase anything from Flipkart

@@realjeetishere As an Amazon CSA I've seen a lot of incidents where technicians do not visit (from smartphone to large appliance) & customers need to wait for long time. Internal teams do not update the tickets in time, resulting delay in concession.
Lack of OTP based delivery for a lot of expensive items.
For seller fulfilled COD orders there's a lot of instance that seller issue refund as phyaical cheque instead of Amazon pay balance/bank account refund. Cheque delivery time- 2 weeks from issuance. Then if you want we can cancel the cheque and issue the refund to your bank/apay balance. But the cheque cancellation timeline then will be 10 business days. (So you can understand for such cases how much annoying it is).
For normal refund on return- You might get refund almost instantly after the pickup confirms. But it can take upto (pickup date+13 days) as well. Within that agents cannot issue any refund (we literally do not get any option now). And the worst part is these things aren't mentioned in website.
But, there's one plus point in Amazon that if your account has a good concession history there's a big chance that your issue related to concession will be resolved quickly (still 'quick' means atleast 2 weeks. Can vary depending on scenario)
Best thing is to file a case in court, you will get the laptop and compensation also.

I worked as customer care in Flipkart for around 2 months before eventually leaving. But in the two months I did work there, cases like these were way too common for a brand that is supposed to be this big and a direct competitor to Amazon. People not getting their products, not getting replacements or refunds, being stalled out for 5-6 months. I saw it all. And all I could do was tell them that we'd be escalating it accordingly without any favorable outcome for the customer. After seeing all this I made sure my family would never buy anything off Flipkart again.

I used to work as a customer service associate for the Flipkart process, and I can confirm that these issues were very common with Flipkart customers and whenever any customer used to come with issues like these, all we were told to do is "apologise, empathise" and escalate the issue and give them a new TAT. Kabhi kabhi toh mujhe bhi bura lagta tha inn customers ke liye.

Usne complaint daali and 3 din baad reply Diya unhone. Unhone kaha ki aapko new piece deliver kardege toh usne kaha ok. Unhone delivery boy ko toh pakad liya par ps5 deliver nahi kara. 15 din tak daily puchha tab jaakar bhejwaya unhone. Pls stop shopping from Flipkart....

I recently ordered a handheld gaming PC from Flipkart with an exchange offer. It seemed like a great deal, especially since Flipkart explicitly mentioned during the exchange process that they would accept the old device even if the screen was damaged.
However, when the delivery agent arrived, they refused to pick up the exchange item, citing a black spot on the screen as the reason. Despite spending nearly 4 hours speaking with Flipkart's customer support, I ultimately had to cancel the order.
This experience was incredibly frustrating. Flipkart not only failed to honor their own terms but also changed their statements and policies on the fly. Yet another example of poor customer support. Extremely disappointing!

I also ordered CP Plus camera (with installation) from Flipkart and I also faced the same problem about the technician. I almost called 7 to 8 times to the customer care and each time they created a new ticket of 2 to 4 days duration. And 1 month passed no response from their side at last we asked them that we will install the cameras from the local technician and you have to pay the charges whatever the technician demands at first they are not agreeing with this, that ur warranty will get breached and further we can’t able to claim any warranty on it.
But at last they agreed and finally it gets installed last month by the local technician and the charges were refunded as gift card by flipkart after we show them the bills.😅😅
But it’s a really serious issue of their services.

Once i ordered a joystick from amazon and it didn’t come with dongle when i sent the video proof they instantly sent another one and even told me to keep the first one, same with a gaming mouse, the mouse stopped working after 5 months (it was under 6 months warranty) they sent a brand new mouse on sending proof. I can never get this kind of service from flipkart, my friend worked in the Flipkart CS team and would get literal abuses from frustrated customers.

I had ordered two PS5 discs from flipkart, both were fake. The Seller had 4.7/5 star rating on flipkart.
They had just sent me a fake empty disc with a sticker on top, looking very close to the original.
I think I got my refund after a month, even after I am a flipkart VIP customer.
I reported the seller and gave 1 star review to the product, yet my review isnt showing on flipkart and I don't think flipkart has taken any action on them as well.
I had a very similar experience. In my case, I had ordered The Last of Us Part II when it was released back in 2020. First, the delivery was late. Second, when I opened the product, it was a 1 tiny page of paper with a fake steam code on it. It was as if the seller didn't know how to scam properly even. i am a seller bro ....Sellers never do this ,this is done by delivery boy.....Seller have to pay around 180rs per customer return so why someone sell fake things.....

Bro my case is exactly the same , I purchased the same laptop Acer Neo predator Neo 16 2023 for 80k during sale. My laptop was showing vertical line from the first boot . I had zero belief in Flipkart because of very poor past customer support so I contacted the Acer customer service team they said we will replace the screen for u for free since it was in warranty, I agreed to that and I went to the nearest Acer service centre and they replaced the screen with brand new original working screen under 3 days . So yeah I was kind of happy with there service.

As a Guy who has worked for Flipkart customer care I can say that everything happened in this video is true. The reason for this is there are various teams to just verify a case and get the replacement. During my time I had seen many case like this, There was a case where customer ordered 2 devices with EMI as payment but had not received the product for 2 months. The updates as a customer service agent we see are that the shipping guys telling to tell customer to cancel the order and replace it, The catch is that Flipkart does not give option to the customer or to the agents to cancel the order so how can a customer cancel this. There was a case where a customer purchased a couch of around 77 Thousand or more I can't remember but this had this same scenario. Main thing I am trying to say is Flipkart is very bad at customer service and also one more thing - The thing with the Open Box Deliver is that you should never share a OTP until the delivery guy opens the box and you verify the contents because if you give the OTP and if the product is damaged Flipkart is not doing anything for that they will just deny it.
Chahe mehenga padhe, i will not buy expensive things from e-commerce sites. On store purchases m at-least peace of mind to rahega. ❤❤

Amazon customer team ne bol diya. no returns or replacement. Humne consumer forum me complaint ki hai.

It's not only Flipkart, but it happened to me on Amazon... I buy acer monitor"VG240Y M3" after watching your monitor ke thok vikreta wali video...I also got some dead pixels on the monitor's screen so, I raised the issue on day one ... and then said I got the replacement from the brand "ACER" itself... a technician was assigned to me. Still, no one came after five days I visited the Acer service centre... after a few days, I received the DOA certificate and DOA packaging of my monitor... after the DOA packaging you don't have to open it they use stickers on top and bottom of the box... even after this amazon is not agreed to give me replacement... after a month they agree to provide me with refund but product price is high... now i'm waiting for my refund to issue... i'm not happy with that still wanted replacement...

Same thing happened with me - I bought Lenovo Ideapad gaming laptop last year on 10th October 2023, it was dead on arrival completely, and finally return got approved on 14th May 2024, only with the option of taking refund, which I got on 23rd May 2024. Also I bought the laptop on No cost EMI, so the refund amount was also around 6k lesser than what I paid through EMIs. But then I bought HP Victus offline in July 2024 from Reliance Digital, which was around same price on Flipkart but got this deal at around 3k lesser. Moral of the story - Never get attracted by Flipkart Deals, even offline stores will give you good deals if you show genuine interest at the stores and have good credit cards. 🥰

Luckily, the product works perfectly fine.
That's why I have trust issues with Flipkart since 2015. Never bought anything from them.
