This standing plate is actually very fragile. I have an ac2 router which I take with me on travels, so I need to mount and unmout this plate periodically. So the plate cracked after maybe 10 mounts. I remember other people were complaining about that too, so I was surprized you continued to use the same construction in the new routers...
I noticed the material is indeed fragile but it needs to be both brittle and flexible for the designed mount. I'm quite sure Mikrotik will ship a replacement for a small fee and that most people will likely not be switching them that often
Железка во первых опоздала на рынок лет на 5-7. А во вторых она по концепту и стоимости никуда не вписывается. Там где сигнал слабый она работать находясь в помещении просто не будет. Wave2 на него не поставить. LTE работает плохо и с WiFi работает плохо. Само решение ущербное от того оно и не реализуется магазинами. Устаревший неудачный концепт.

We also need LTE modems supporting LATAM channels. I couldn't find one supporting all the requires channel for Argentina for instance.

мое мнение - у этой железки такая же проблема как и у cap ax - огромный стремный корпус
