I clicked this because I thought it’s Buakaw, well it’s actually Superbon. For Thai fighter, the first one is stage name and second one is training camp’s name. Banchamek is surname of Buakaw who is the owner of Banchamek camp where Superbon came from. The commentator called him Banchamek is so wrong, you can call him fully as Superbon Banchamek or shortly as Superbon but not Banchamek. Buakaw also used to be called Porpramuk (his previous training camp is Porpramuk) by western commentator, 10+years these western commentators still call Thai fighter wrongly.
Again, real old school technical classical Muay Thai prevailed over aggressive power kickboxing even though the rules was in favor for the kickboxer.
Tradition and technique won over modern fullcontact sport. I love to watch that.

That's the amazing thing. If they allowed elbows and knees... The Thais would be unbeatable.
The title should be "Mohamed Khamal vs Superbon" not "vs Benchamek". Benchamek is the name of the gym where Superbon trains, not his last name. In particular it's the last name of Buakaw Benchamek, huge legend of kickboxing and owner of the Benchamek gym.
So "Mohamed Khamal vs Benchamek" gives the impression that the opponent is Buakaw and not Superbon. Please change.
ahahahah thai fighters take the last name of the gym that they train at. stop spreading misinformation please.
Clever tactics by Superbon Banchamek to nullify the attacks by the Moroccan - Mohamed Khamal.
Oh yeah I forgot why superbon seemed so technical and familiar, he's from buakaw's stable/gym and essentially from a lineage of the Por pramuk gym of classical Muay Thai perfection (with the likes of the "Emperor" of Muay Thai).
Beautiful offense with very, very subtle defense that requires a great, great fight IQ.
Kamal was very good actually! A legend that doesn't look awkward against textbook thai perfection. Great stance, style, and kicks and power-based style. But here technique, composure, and fight IQ won. And it helps Superbon is physically taller/stronger (not saying he possesses Kamal's natural punch and kick power, just saying his body is more biologically solid and advantageous in this sport)
Buakaw due promoters problema don’ t use The second name Por. Pramuk. Actually Buakaw got robbed by his old manager

I just know how hard it is to reach that level I know he the best of the best but hes fought the best of the beat and has beating some of them, hes achieved alot in the highest level even tho hes loses to the Elites hes still up there, just like Liam Harrison , I called him a legend cos hes up there, hes at least a legend in Marco for his weight
Superbon is so technical in his Muay Thai crafts that the beast from Morocco (Khamal) couldn't get in and only hit air when threw punches. Wow!

Superbon is so good with his legs. ESPECIALLY his knees. He can throw short knees, long knees, and if the opponent steps just out of range he turns it into a kick in a fraction of a second.

You can clearly see how Mohamed was trying to copy his opponents style from time to time. In his anger, he became desperate, so it was clear that Superbun will win this fight. I still have no idea how Liam Badco could lose to Muhamed. However, very beautiful fight!

Kamal really got tired of eating knees so he started pretending they were low blows. Then he tried a cheap shot after 'bon slipped. Not impressed w Kamal's sportsmanship...or fighting skills for that matter.
If you slow down the video to 0.25x speed at 13:10 you can see superbon actually hit kamal’s sack, which is why he was mad. He wasn’t pretending they were low blows, but he shouldn’t have tried the cheap shot though.
Tge ref was also on Kamal side in this situation the ref should of stop and allowed Super to get up and reset the fight instead he allowed Kamal to takes a cgeap shot at Superon it's unsportsnanship act

despite dutch kickboxers using more punches to set up things, they dont seem to have good boxing fundamentals, theyre really heavy punchers or kickers but dutch kickboxers seems to be really flat footed from loading up the strikes, Alot of stand up style Thais are technical and have good boxing fundamentals, as well as emphasis on powerful strikes instead of flurries you see in Dutch KB

Almost felt sorry for Mohamed Khamal. Superbon could’ve plucked his armpit hair and probably couldn’t have even defended THAT. Superbon was just super on this night. Khamal has class though, in both victory and defeat.
