Suicune is known as a "roaming" legendary, meaning that it appears on random routes and stuff, except in the isles. The easiest way to find "roaming" legendaries, is to use a repel by or inside a building like this guy did and save, then if you don't find said legendary do a soft reset or turn the power back off and on. there's a percentage to these legendaries being on a route after you exit a building so you'll eventually find it.

im so hardcore that when i play pokemon i use gameboy advance sp....which means its super slow and we cant use cheats
I had to burn through 150 max repels when i was looking for raikou
I did this like a 11 times already and it is not working at all

using some cheating codes u can. still it does not suggest that he cheated will getting Venusaur and the legendary shit you we're talking about .
