We have always talked about the acidification of the ocean but never mentioned soil. We have little understanding of soil much less the impact we have had on it. Humans love to see things in isolation. We like to have an 'answer'. Life is much more complex than that. Whatever. Don't stop fossil fuel, squirm for an answer that does not hurt the pocketbook and keep our fingers crossed we don't kill off humanity.
