My heart has been longing to here this type of music on the radio. I just introduced my 14 year old grandson to music I grew up on, like Talking Heads, Journey, Dorothy Moore, Luther, Sam Cook, Al Green, Gladys Knight, John Cougar Mellencamp. He was feeling it and so was I. We bonded in a way that was so special. We were literally standing in the kitchen rocking out and connecting through music. He said to me, "Grandma, I don't want to listen to anymore gangster rap because it keeps me feeling on the edge, but the music you liked makes me feel good inside and happy." Can you all imagine how that felt? Thank you to all artist of all genres for gifting the world with what Goddess gifted you with. I'M JUST SAYING.
