Balkan food is top tier you guys need to try food like sarmale (but take the cabbage leaves off), cozonac (like the loaf of bread in the video but sweet and with cocoa😋), Kurtos (this sweet pastry thing) and borș cu Perișoare (soup with meatballs). If you have an Eastern European shop (although idk how common those are in America) you should try snacks like viva or pufuleți
