I got this tablet for my Mom for Christmas this year 12/25/2022. She is older but only uses a tablet to play games. I set up the tablet before wrapping it so it would be ready to go when she opened it. BUT whenever you open any game app it rotates upside down and will not rotate right side up! I have tried everything to fix it but no success!
I buyed this for my son Tuesday (11/15/2022) because he didn't want the Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet because both Google Play and TH-cam will never work. Best day of his life :)

You can download playstore easily on the Fire 10 from the internet. Best of luck with the new tablet though👍
