first 2 min: Terrible driving you dont ever put 2 hands on the Steering wheel
+ you put neutral hundreds of meters away from the actual stop, that means you dont know what Rev/min you are so that you can make a succesful downgrade shifting, and harming that way your gear level would be harmful to your gear in the long run.
