really like the xray effect. for neogeo standards this game looks terrific. I remember seeing it around 2000 on actual hardware. never withnessed a neogeo in person at that time. was blown away as a 17 year old kid then. I tought the guy was playing some new capcom fighter or something on the dreamcast. It really looked insane to foreight eyes. Then the guy said. 1990 system 16 bits like sega genesis , snes. Well XD. i had to have a neogeo after this game. the flashy moves. The specials made street fighter look somewhat like a kids game.

Yeah, that's the one. This was the latest emulator version at that time, and I tried tinkering with setting but the bug persisted.
