This scene is the first time I really laughed during an X-Men movie, because I would probably do the exact same shit as Quicksilver if I had super speed.

I honestly hope Quicksilver in Avengers is absolutely nothing like Quicksilver in DOFP, they're two completely different character personalities. Quicksilver in DOFP is a this carefree kelpto kid, while Quicksilver in AoU will be a Hydra weapon probably created to destroy the Avengers.

Actually, Quicksilver's ability stems from his mutation which allows him to vibrate molecules at sound barrier breaking levels. Which means he's able to vibrate anything he touches as well ( as seen when he breaks Magneto out of that prison). So if he's listening to music he's still able to hear it since it's touching him as he's moving. Not to mention he moves at about the speed of sound which means he's still able to hear it unless he went even quicker. That's my theory based upon how his powers work.
Justin Flores Yes, when he shattered the glass. I really like when they show other things mutants can do besides their basic ability. It means either they're trying to shoe-horn the mutants to fit their script or even better, that they've actually done research on the characters and the full extent of their powers. That's why I'm wishing they wouldn't utilize Magneto soooooo much in the franchise or that they'd show what his real power is because based on MOST of what you see him do in the films, it leads the audience to believe he has telekinesis. But he doesn't. He has can manipulate and control magnetic fields and metal, which is why I wish Fox would show more of that in the films. Though him "surgically" applying metallic coils composed of the railroad ties onto those Sentinel prototypes was a nice touch of that. But then they let him "fly" away, haha. Either way, I'm 1 of the people that believes Marvel Studios would do these movies tons better than what Fox gives us. And it shows in the reviews (overall, the Marvel Studios films get better critic reviews and reception), the budget (Marvel Studios films tend to have lower budgets than Fox's thus far) and their box office profits (overall, Marvel Studios films are grossing more than their Fox and Sony counterparts).

They would have had to pull an inception and make the 1/10 speed theme the template for the general pattern for the music that plays, because 1/10th anything sounds kinda bleh. What i love is during quicksilver's wall run, well after, when time resumes everything in the room has a spin to it that takes his momentum into account.
This movie felt like Joss Whedon came into the X-Men franchise and made it awesome, except this movie does have some continuity problems/errors. Never the less, I think this movie is very great.

Or music that is all about speed (or stopping/slowing time down as this song refers to). I tend to like songs of most genres minus country, vulgar rap or heavy metal. I even enjoy some dubstep or electronica/electronic rock, such as Celldweller or Blue Stahli, of which the latter has a song titled "Mystique". I like to listen to whatever I can associate with or connect to images of the heroes/movies in my mind while either working out or just relaxing. This includes music used once in a teaser trailer (such as Tool's "46 & 2" in the 1st Captain America: The First Avenger trailer), to music used in film (Foo Fighters's "Walk" in Thor), to music on a movie's soundtrack (Soundgarden's "Live to Rise" for The Avengers) and even some of a superhero film's score I like too, such as Zimmer's for Amazing Spider-Man 2. It's my "superhero music" playlist. So, what other music could be associated to this character, Quicksilver? Let me know any suggestions.
When time was "frozen", it was amazing to see that Magneto was merely inches away from death...doomed by a tiny plastic/ceramic pellet. Funny how fragile life can be, huh? Also, it just occurred to me that he was saved by his own son.
If mutants exist..then isn't the Olympics sort of..you know..pointless..they can't do it anymore..I mean..mustants are "humans"...like if quick silver ran the 100m dash XD...
How come in this poster Wolverine wears a modernized version of his outfit (The blue and yellow color scheme) from the comics, but he never wears them in any X-Men movie?

We don't actually see him open up his claws in the new future. Maybe he never got it back.
