So lovely to enjoy my morning cuppa while having a chatty walkabout Creekside Nursery where everything looks vibrantly healthy. Thanks Jenny, you are always a pleasure to visit ❤
Love the nursery tours. I always see something new that I wish I'd grabbed the last time we were there 😊 The bleeding hearts that we bought about a few weeks ago from Creekside are doing great! Beautiful planted with a Sun King aralia--Was inspired by your house north side Sun King.
Oh my!😂that white clematis!! I got my Dr Rupple planted just before the rain, 3/4 inch and I hope it is happy.. it IS gorgeous! If I had a place for another I would be hightailing it back for that white one. Loving all the plants I got a week ago, have had several comments from neighbors.❤😊
Thanks Jenny for talking about speed limits. I live on a paved road in the country with a sign at the curve in front of my house saying 35 miles per hour. The road has a steep hill to a creek, then a tall hill on the other side. People speed by over 70 miles per hour! Cyclists bike through here all the time, I fear for their safety! My rant for today. Love the tour and so wish I could visit “Creek Side “, my favorite gardening destination ❣️❤️
Wish I lived near your nursery. Just to walk and look at all the beautiful flowers. That is relaxing to me. However, I would go broke, but my garden would be beautiful. 😅 Love the nursery tours. Thanks for taking the time to educate. ❤
I have started three different types of Polemonium this year, Purple Rain Strain with purple leaves, one type with yellow flowers that looks like nicotiana flowers and Apricot Delight that that’s pink, salmon and apricot flowers. I really enjoy your videos even if I live in Sweden and almost never get my hands on Proven Winners plants, but I get ideas and can find seeds in Germany and other Europe countries to similar plants. So thanks for the inspiration! ❤
This is what I desperately miss from Garden Answer. I find myself looking for your videos more often Jenny because there's so much education jammed into your videos. Thank you!!
Yeah love Garden Answer but I’ve stopped relating to a lot of the stuff they do. I have been watching this channel more and more too, for information about plants and design. Also because I live in zone 8A, I noticed many of the plants Laura recommends don’t do well in my southern garden. And I have red clay soil which is close to what Jenny gardens with
Here were I live we have birds that love to take the tags out both in ground and in pots! 🤪 So last year I bought big wooden sticks were I can write the name and the birds can’t move them around! ☺️
I manage the river cane on the creek bank, and use the dried canes to cut into strips(cutting with the grain after the initial cut to determine the size of the tag, you end up with 2-4 tags, depending on diameter of the cane), and then wood burn the names of plants on them! Birds tried to remove the plastic bags I have tucked in my Coco coir pots.... 😒 OMG. Just looked out and there's baby birds in the nasturtiums!!! 😭
I can’t believe how awake your Vitex are! Mine in my garden are barely showing their buds swelling. Crazy how different the PNW is than the south, even though we’re nearly the same zone. 😮
So appreciate the request to go slow on gravel roads. We live on one ourselves. We have a yellow sign that says “ SLOW LOOSE GRAVEL “. It does seem to help. Maybe your county would be willing to let you have a sign like that or something about “SLOW Children at play”. Just a thought.
Great tour! We’ve got a trip planned to Asheville in June and plan on stopping by your nursery on the way home. While in Asheville, we’re hoping to check out that gallery that sells the weather vanes we’ve seen in your garden tours at your mom’s place. Could you share the name of that gallery? Thanks so much 🥰
I was wondering if you still have your pitcher plant? I just got my first one. I ordered it from baker creek heirloom seeds. It looks healthy and I’d like to keep it that way. Does yours overwinter with no trouble? I’m in Mississippi zone 8b. If it can live in your zone I’m sure it can live in mine. Thank you! Love your videos!
I loved the TedTalk! 👏🏾👏🏾 I wish you'd give 1 for my neighborhood... people think that the 20 mph speed limit sign means 30. 😒 The Drops of Jupiter looks like it will pair well with all sorts of purple flowers, maybe even loropetalum! Got my mental wheels turning, thanks for pointing it out Jenny! 💚💡
Jenny I want to buy 2 of those Clematis you showed on your tube channel. Can’t recall the names but one was white and the other a gorgeous pink. Please let me know !
Just a question: I had a pond and had to put a rail on one side of my bridge due to potential falls and lawsuits. I just saw over your shoulder how slow and not to steady when the little ole lady was walking across. Do you need to consider???
I've had "Drops of Jupiter" oregano for 3 years, it survives winter, zone 6 Ohio, blooms beautifully, but it is only about 6 to 8 inches tall, with blooms. Any ideas why or what to do? It looks like a 3 ft around, green pancake in the middle of my garden!
Lol! I am a clean car freak. So I have no option but to drive slow. However, we were behind a "dust-baller" recently. You all need to offer car wash/rinse coupons! 😅😅😅
Hi Jenny, what are your thoughts on Phenomenal Lavender vs PW Sweet Romance Lavender in the Charlotte area? I need eight lavender along a walkway and was leaning toward Proven Winners until I heard you in this video. Thanks a bunch. Really love your weekly nursery tours.
I live in Texas and have found the phenomenal lavender does great. There is another variety called Super Blue that stays smaller and handles Texas heat like an absolute champ.
I'm obviously not Jenny, but I live in the NC Piedmont...and my vote is absolutely for Phenomenal Lavender!! 💜 It can handle our soil, heat and humidity w/o stress - and the foliage really smells as great as the flowers. 😊
I loved my visit last week while on my way to Charlotte. I bought the Bloomerang lilac, Sunshine lugustrum, Incredible lavender, and many more for my 8A garden. All the plants were so healthy, not root bound, and in beautiful soil. So easy to plant. Thank you for inspiring and sharing your expertise. I was happy to talk to you and Jerry.

Spring Spring 🌷🌷🌷🌷
Oh Jenny, your nursery is just stunning!
Thank you for Sharing beautiful Nursery lovely video

Love seeing the customers!

How old do you think this clematis is? I wish you were closer to me. Can you give me the price on the big white one,?
Here we go I so wish I was on my way to Creekside. So many beauties.😮
I always love when you say, Dear Heaven's to Betsy 😂' so funny😂
You have beautiful flowers and shrubs.
Drops of Jupiter Oregano makes a FANTASTIC ground cover and makes other plants pop with color!
Thanks Jenny, beautiful selection of plants and shrubs. 🪻🌷💚🙃
Sooooo much loveliness! 😊
Always fun going one a nursery tour. I learn each time what PW is offering and also you provide information which is helpful, kudos,

Slow Down You Move To Fast, Enjoy The Journey! If I was able to meander to Creekside Garden Center, you bet I’d be enjoying the view.
Wish I lived near your nursery. Just to walk and look at all the beautiful flowers. That is relaxing to me. However, I would go broke, but my garden would be beautiful. 😅 Love the nursery tours. Thanks for taking the time to educate. ❤
Wonderful tour LOVE ALL THE PLANTS & INFO👍🌞THANKS JENNY🌱❤💚
Everything looks gorgeous. I had Morning Glory and they took over my fence.
That's morning glory for you!
Love these tours-I really learn something in every one!

TY...
Wow that clematis ❤
Your azaleas look amazing, so jealous I just can’t seem to get the hang of them.

I enjoy your videos and get so many different ideas. Are there clematis that would do well with just a few hours of afternoon sun?
I was wondering if you still have your pitcher plant? I just got my first one. I ordered it from baker creek heirloom seeds. It looks healthy and I’d like to keep it that way. You have loveable lets dance! Have y'all seen this on the proven winners youtube channel? Amazing
Sad to say, our last frost is May 15th. UGH!
Cool
Watching you from Delaware.
Jenny I want to buy 2 of those Clematis you showed on your tube channel. Can’t recall the names but one was white and the other a gorgeous pink. Please let me know !
Jenny where was it that you ordered your clematis from on your patio? I had the site saved but it’s gone now. Thanks.
Brushwood Nursery
Thank you so much! Have a great day!

I was always told that the peonies won't open up without the ants.
I like peonies but not ants a friend who told me they won’t open up without ants. I never new that
I've heard this as well. This is why you should never plant peonies near the house 😉
That's why I never bring in blooms.
Does the climbing hydrangea not kill the tree? I want one but I dont want it choking the tree to death that we would need to cut it dowm.
It does not
Hi 👋 Jenny
you are awsome
I had an issue with my order and emailed twice and left a message. What should i do?
What is your order number?
6039
Lol! I am a clean car freak. So I have no option but to drive slow. However, we were behind a "dust-baller" recently. You all need to offer car wash/rinse coupons! 😅😅😅
❤️
💚💚💚
🙋
Flirty girl is actually a false hydrangea.
You are correct, however, it is still called a climbing hydrangea

I have killed more Sweet Romance lavender than I care to admit 😳. Phenomenal is the absolute BEST lavender for our climate in my opinion.
@@GardeningwithCreekside Got it. Thanks very much (everyone) for the advice. This is a great community. Phenomenal Lavender it is!!!!
