Ladies and gentlemen! Today we focus on the shots from closer to the service line. The reason why I am struggeling in tournaments are those deep and high lobs. Luckily German Schafer found a solution for those shots!

I say that German's video's are some of your best content Sven, the man combines so many aspects. His analysis of the biomechanical part is spot on, he combines experience, skill, humor and eloquence. Much respect senôr Shafer.
Thank you! 💪🏼💪🏼
TH-cam needs German Schafer more!
Siii!
Your videos with German are amazing. I risk saying they are the best I've ever seen on improving padel technique. His expertise along with your feedback to his tips helped me to learn a lot. I find the level of detail that German has the ability to see in everything you do is amazing, and I'm always amazed how minor changes in technique can make such a big difference in the way you play.
Thank you so much 🎉 Glad it helped you!
I cannot agree more! Great videos!!!
Thank you!

Great video. I love the videos where you have an expert there giving you/us tips and correcting the technique
Thanks!
Great tips! Love the way he dives into technique and weight transfer without adding complication! Seamlessly transfers into how it all translates into matchplay situations! Fantastic!
Thank you!
Super interessante video Sven, bedankt! Top!

Came across your channel randomly. Your content is pure gold for those of us who enjoy technique and your coach is wonderful.

Superr! Great to hear!
Bien vídeo !!

Gr8 coach!
Thanks!
I really feel like footwork is where I need to work the most at the moment. Great video!:)
Yes! Very important stuff!
I am also in the process of getting tennis glasses with my prescription because I am missing balls that I look at with just my eyes and not head on more often than I would like when wearing my day to day glasses.
This was a great video with so many useful insights. Thank you Sven! One question, when hitting the vibora, what are your thoughts going for the corner infront of you instead of the corner across?
Parallel is possible, but more risky for me tbh. Cross is safer and easier
Super coach
Yes he is 💪🏼💪🏼
Great Video! so much useful information.. Sadly im struggling with low level playing yet xD
Matter of time! Thanks
very good video Sven
Thank you!
amazing video
Thank you!
Hi Sven. Should be very very helpful and interesting learn about how play the kick smash but also the Vibora across from the right player position (bouncing on the opponent right position)
Okay! Will note that!
Thanks for the awesome video Sven. A question for you. Should you change the grip a bit into a backhand grip for the kick smash? Thanks in advance for your reply.
Yes. If you can generate kick with it, you should
Best vedio for kick sma h and great content in that vedio
Thanks!
Fabulosas dicas
Thanks!
As always, amazing content with German!! Would love to have a couple of min from forehand side next time as well. Even though I can translate it over there with logic, it would still be nice to see
Super! Will do!
Great channel in every video, great advices !! i manage english ok, but with the quality of your content, will be amazing have you in spanish...think about it...heep it up...congrats, you help us so much !! Think it !!! 🙌
thank you! I am focusing on english content at the moment. But there are a few Spanish videos underway
Amazing as always with German and you Sven! If you have the option, try to take a PT with Miguel Yungas hes truly a character aswell.
Vamooos from Sweden
Does he do that?
@@OtroNivelPadel Oh yes! he´s spending alot of time here in Malmö, Sweden. If u want i can send you the Padel courts hes operating in.
@@OtroNivelPadel Miguel the older one, not his son.
I really would like to get coached like that. It's so expensive in Sweden to get a trainer more than once or twice every other month.
Yes I understand, especially private lessons indoor
We’re planning to go to Marbella first week of may, to play and train. Any tips for a Padel school over there are greatly appreciated. Regards, Erwin

Hi! I know that the top spin smash needs to use the wrist, as said in the video. But, in which way do you turn the wrist? It does not seem to be pronation from high to low (as when putting gas on a motorcycle), but more like wrist movement from side to side? I ask because I think I got tennis elbow doing the side-to-side wrist movement and maybe I am doing it wrong...
Thanks for the content and you should drop by Galaxy club (Knivsta, Sweden) one day that you are in Sweden
You do pronate :) so try to do that
why is the instruction to keep it away from the backhand? Is that a tactic thing based on angles etc, where you generally want to play into the middle rather than the corner? or perhaps just reducing risk by keeping away from the side glass? Or something else? Great video - thanks
Its better to play in the center/inside shot, so you don’t give angles away! The angle is also longer, so you make less mistakes :)
Hi sven , iam left handed player and i feel more comfort when i play my vibora to the player in front of me not cross i feel its hard bcs the spin from my left hand is diff for the opponent , what u think is this right or wrong ?!
No I agree, it would be easier. But it is not as safe. You have to learn to rotate your body more
Why your left hand alweys high (looks if it's pointing to the ball) before your Smash/Vibora?
Your arm is a reference for better aiming, it also helps to rotate the body and have a stronger core
Your content are very good, maybe try not to let the ball Go down when u hit the vibora , thats why the ball float to much
Thank you man! I will have a look!
What’s the rationale behind not playing the vibora towards the backhand?
If you play to the backhand, your opponent is able to cross the ball a lot easier
what crazy sport is this?
Padel
I live for kick and vibora smash (lebron smash xD)
Hahaha! Vamooos
I didn't get why you shouldn't play on his backhand ?
Because the defender can make the angle towards the fence, crosscourts
Im so confused now. German is teaching the vibora in a completly opposite way than Godo Diaz in this same channel.
Well.. everybody says something different, and you should choose what suits your style
@@OtroNivelPadel which way do you think is easier for begginers/inmtermidiate? what would you teach your students? Germans or Godos?
