What is great about the video is that there is no music just the sound of the irons crushing against each other and grumbling or like a roaring sound of two bodybuilders working out just like the Dorian Yates workout videos were used to be.
This should be turned into an old school bodybuilding DVD 5 disc set 1 bodypart per disc with every second of every session from the pre workout warm up etc to leaving the gym each time. Personally think its some of the best training footage ever its real no gimmicks its true hard work and shows what these guys truly put themselves through not just physically but emotionally and mentally and the bonds between the guys training. Its awesome stuff

Flex is a great champion with class! Great ambassador for the sports. Not cocky. Humble. Hardworking. Totally passionate and dedicated and all round good guy! Love Flex. I totally disagree with anyone that a former 212 class guy can't win. You can have just as muscular as someone in the open class. The men in the open class are bigger and taller in statue, but they are not necessarily as muscular and full as a 212 guy who could pack in more dense muscles. Go go go Flex! We all love you. You are a real champion!!!!!
