the last table is wrongly created , only 2 rows should be there . as we are matching e.Did = s.Did , hence 2nd and 4th row should not be there.

wo sirf cartesian product ka output dikha rha join ka nhi. Join first takes the cartesian product then eliminates 2nd and 4th row as e.Did and s.Did do not match
