The style is so neat even though you are due for a cut and color. I love the undercut for me also. With the short pixie cut I need to go to the salon every 4 weeks. So, I looked for short hair styles and came across the long hair pixie. Then I found your vides! I got kinda freaked out about cutting my hair off and cancelled my hair appointment! But, your vides have convinced me to do it, and hair grows back! LOL
Trust me, I know how scary it can be to chop off your hair! I too was a "long hair most all of my life" kind of girl too. But I can honestly say, I don't miss my long hair one bit! As you said, hair can always be grown out again but I hope you truly love your new "do"!😘

Great tutorial, I have a short haircut and a cowlick in the back of my head that I have trouble controlling. I’m letting the crown area grow a little longer, I’m not a fan of how my hair grows to the left in the back. I even blow it out in the opposite direction!
I can put Kristin Ess' Air-dry cream on my hair, and gel on my cowlick to try to weigh it down some and it still pops right back up!🤦♀️ I think the trick might be cutting it super short in back and just spiking it to camouflage the cowlick. Oh, if only I was that brave! 😄
I always learn styling tips watching your videos. I might need to get that flat iron. If you read this,I was wondering how often you get your hair cut.Having fairly short hair is new for me and I am trying to gauge the right number of weeks between cuts,in order to maintain the length that it's at.(Don't think I'm going much shorter)It seems like 5 or 6 weeks is my guess.I used to go months in between cuts,so I'm still figuring it out. Oh yes, it is an adjustment when you go from having long hair to a short style! Shorter hair is so much easier to fix on a daily basis but it does take regular salon visits to keep it in shape. My hair grows very fast so I typically try to get it cut every 4 weeks. I can stretch it to 5 weeks but find that the style starts to quickly morph into a whole new "do"😂 I do highly recommend the flatiron I use....it really helps smooth the cuticle of the hair. Hope you continue to enjoy your shorter cut, especially as we head into the hot, summer months!
I will be going 6 weeks this time because my stylist is taking a short vacation, so this tip will help towards the end before I get my next cut and color.

Since I have such diverse interests from beauty to baking, cleaning to crafting, I thought it'd be fun to come up with a name that wouldn't be defined as one particular category. I remembered the famous phrase from Forrest Gump....."life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get"...and that inspired the title for my blog/channel!

Oh sure!! Let's see, Catwalk is halfway between a mousse and a spray. It's purpose is to create volume at the roots and is applied to wet hair.

How did you come up with your channel name “Sharalees Box of Chocolates “?
Great question and probably something I should address in a video sometime!😘 Basically, it started out as a name for my blog. Since I have such diverse interests from beauty to baking, cleaning to crafting, I thought it'd be fun to come up with a name that wouldn't be defined as one particular category. I remembered the famous phrase from Forrest Gump....."life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get"...and that inspired the title for my blog/channel!

Lookin’ good. Wish I had so much hair! Does it bother you to have your hair used in wig ads? It would make me furious. Whenever I see the ad on FB I leave the comment that it’s not a wig..
Yes, those wig ads drive me crazy!! I've seen some of the wigs that people have ordered from those ads and they look like a dead beaver!😳 They're awful!! I hate that people are deceived into buying something so awful! Next time one of the ads pops up, you can share the ad link with me on FB and then I can request FB take down the ad (I do need the exact ad link and not just the website address). Thanks for looking out for me!💖
