Fantastic this film made by my teacher / friend documentary film maker Han van Gelder. I remember this during the days I worked in his studio. 1970 ! I congratulate the entire team who worked together to help make this film. Their names are mentioned in the credits at the end of the film. Thank you all.

In addition to the content, I LOVE the weird 70s tone of this film.
I never even knew that there was video footage of Escher himself, let alone showing his process. Glad I came across this.
I definitely recommend checking out the documentary from Radio Netherlands Television. It's on TH-cam in a couple of places.

The music could not possibly have been more annoying
the video and most importantly the art had me utterly captivated that i could not be bothered to be bothered by any background music whatsoever.
