me personally for my warmups, i start doing some wrist movement and calm down, then i use the voltaic novice benchmarks as both a warmup and an aim trainer, afterwards i go play 1 deathmatch then i just play later

ask if u can do aimlabs or something to get comfortable with your sensitivity and mouse, idk show them its just practice or something. Just set the time limit to 30 minutes, ik you would prolly want it to be more like an hour or more, but the time needs to be something thats long enough for you to be warmued up but not long enough to where they think in their old heads that its too much time. Get A's in the class and they might increase the time when they see that the 30 minutes doesnt affect ur grades.
