I really enjoyed this story. Omoni was not taught to take care of anything to do with managing a home. She was brought up to just laze around. When she got married to a very good man, Osas. She didn’t know how to cook, her husband did all the cooking. Her husband had to get a woman to cook for him, because Omoni was useless in the kitchen; along the way she got jealous over the appreciation her husband showed go the cook’s food. She learned to cook, and Osas was so very surprised, the food was excellent. The cook was dismissed, and Omoni cooked for her husband. He was so happy that his wife was now a very good cook., and he loved her more. Omoni had now learned the meaning of the saying,” the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”.
