These two are actually exactly the same length, height, and weight. There are no 4 meter tall Albertosaurines. Just for comparison, the largest _T. rex_ is just barely 3.5 meters tall at the hips (see Scott Hartman's skeletal of Sue). Even a 10 meter long _Albertosaurus_ wouldn't reach 4 meters tall. The only known _Albertosaurus_ specimen we know of that reaches 10 meters is the individual from the Bone Bed described by Erickson et al. (2006). That one is a very old and rare individual though, and doesn't represent the average size. Additionally, Jovanelly and Lane (2012) find that _Albertosaurus_ ' bite force may have been roughly ~3,700 Newtons or about ~3 tons give or take. Since the two animals are morohologically almost identical as far as cranial mechanics go, then it's reasonable to think _Gorgosaurus libratus_ would have a bite force of around the same.
He always does height at the head not height at the hips. I dont know why they measure any dinosaur at the hips its dumb it's not how tall they are the head stands much higher also he makes it clear that 10 m isnt average that's why he says 'UP TOO' why does no one listen?
That is a fair fight. Sucho had the stronger bite force but you guys keep forgetting that allosaurus has serrated teeth, which can bleed the sucho out, and with the allosaurus’s hatchet bite and the teeth, it can kill sucho, mostly because allosaurus was a more experienced fighter and knocked ceratosaurus to extinction, but suchomimus is larger and can overpower the allosaurus with its claws. I would give this a 50/50. What do you guys think? Allosaur fan or spinosaurid fan?
