It amazes me how the houses and cottages in Wales look like ours here in Cornwall yet hundreds of miles apart. Having driven in south Wales several times, I feel at home when I'm there. Unlike most parts of the uk.
These sound lovely I’m sure it’s a Cummins engine it reminds me of another bus I’ve driven but I can’t remember it I think it’s a zf trident sound but smoother 06:19 lovely kickdown
They ordered lower height versions than standard ones due to bridges, this was one of 10 that were new for the 11 route between Chester and Rhyl and there's a bridge at Shotton on the route that they only just get under, if they'd got full height ones it wouldn't have got under the bridge
Narrow and steep roads, lovely scenery. So pleased I can drive buses for real.
Thanks for watching
You had beautiful lighting for it - and so many sheep! Now I want to go to Denbigh.
Travelled on this route a number of times over the years, never gets any less stunning. Great video!

It’s weird seeing a flat top Gemini 😂
Arriva got almost all their Gemini in low height version.
