Thank you very much for the illustration of crocheting such a beautiful unicorn. My granddaughter really likes it. May I ask more information on arranging and sewing the hair and tail since there are so many. Much appreciated.
Hi! Sorry for replying late! Your granddaughter must be the luckiest one 😊For its tail I have sewed 14 strands and I started with sewing 5 strands in a row and then sewed 5 more strands above those 5 strands keeping one strand in the middle of the two lower strands. Then 4 strands in the last row following the same pattern. For its hair, I have started with sewing the longest 6 strands at the bottom along with 2 middle length strands, 1 on each side of the first row. Then I have followed the same pattern for 2 rows above, and in the 3rd row I have just sewed 6 strands in the middle. Remember to sew the next strand in between the two strands of the lower row. Then finally in the last row I have sewed 3 strands of the shortest length. You can adjust it as per your convenience and choice. Hope this will help! ❤️
Thank you very much for your kindness and detailed information. I will study and practice as I am near the final stage of making up the unicorn. Hope it will turn out as beautiful as yours. If so, I will post here and share with your followers. Much appreciated.
