Gov. Wike is the right kind of politician for this Nigerian society.
Nigerians truly deserve the leaders they get. They idolize brazen criminals/gangsters like Wike because he talks tough, spends millions commissioning flyovers that already cost billions, & violently rigs elections, while the people get poorer. But I get it, Nigerians have never experienced selfless purposeful, visionary leadership all their miserable lives, so they can't identify one. Their politicians have done a number on them to the extent that a gangster like wike is their standard. Thats how they idolized Buhari into power because he talked tough & went about shouting "kwaraption", despite his abysmal record as military head of state in 1983. He got in, became the most inept & corrupt president since the military, & ended up taking Nigeria decades backwards, yet they haven't learnt. Nigerians must be cursed.
And by the way, the right kind of politician for the Nigerian society doesn't have to be brash, brazen & thuggish like Wike, but has to be EMPATHETIC, SELFLESS, VISIONARY & STRONG WILLED, not just in their words, but in their actions & track records.
