How do you justify supporting a company that caused so much damage to individuals and ruined people's lives. Generations of Americans trusted them and not only did they know their product was harmful, they keep producing their product. Now they are trying to screw these victims by creating shell companies to dump the liability on them and file bankruptcy to avoid legal consequences. I own J&J stock so I'm not judging but I'm having a hard time justifying future investment.
Great vid as always. Id personally would not invest in a reit unless I was retired or nearly retired. These products were invented for income and not for growing or even preserving capital. Considering them along side stocks is more a new thing from beginning investors and youtubers, no offense. If you look at any metric on a reit other than the dividend yield, its hard to make a case for not just investing in VOO. Remember, the name of the game in dividend investing is to beat or match the market, otherwise you are just loosing money.
I rather buy EL, Nike and Walgreens because they are sitting at multi years lows plus the fact that EL, Walgreens and Nike have been known as companies in the past. By the way they are restructuring with layoffs and store closures to save money and this will start to show in the future earnings. Looks identical to the magnificent 7 when they all hit button just before January 23. Look where these companies are now after layoffs and cutting on expenses
Will you be able to show the 2 decimal figure when you run the valuation, especially for tiny stock like Sofi, 99 cents can represent a lot. Other than that, the content is pretty good, thanks for the good job as always!!
I'm glad I sold out of Amgen when the stock jumped on the weight loss bandwagon. If It keeps falling the way it is, I may own it again. But it still has further to go down for me to buy again. I really like VICI at this price, but I already loaded up heavy in 2023 and will only buy more if it falls significantly further.
