Side note - keep an eye on the betta's left pectoral fin. Hard to tell if he is starting to have a fungal infection or has the same coloration tip like his caudal fin. 2 of the tetras are not looking well; keep an eye on those bellies to make sure they are eating and fatten up. If not, they may have poor genetics and bad phenotype as they are inbred a lot of the times. I'm a professional aquarist at a national aquarium and would happy to help if you have any questions in the future. :D

@@ferretwonderland Maybe they are just young, but as long as they eat and grow to a good size they should be ok. Keep me updated because I am curious. Usually getting a bad tetra in a group means that one eats the least and always dies first

what type of submersible water pump do u use? don't u have a problem with a bunch of gunk in your tank without a filter? Can i use a standard 15 gallon tank to this kind of stuff in?

The moss don't need too much fertilizer,the source of fertilizer is fish excrement.
