That is the secret! My fiancé and I both have trouble smiling for pictures normally. We just did engagement photos and they turned out great! A huge part of it was having pictures where we are looking at each other so we can smile naturally ❤
Yeah, I hate having photos taken and looking sort of 'past' the camera is the only way I can smile facing that direction without feeling like I have spiders crawling up my neck
Gotta blame the photographer here. If he was any sort of decent he would have realised Chandler smiles perfectly when he looks and interacts with Monica. That's the kind of photo shoot they should have worked on. And also the silly kind where Monica would be carrying Chandler and the silly faces. Such photos are always the best.
I'm watching both you and Nick Reacts watch Friends, and I really enjoy both of your reactions. Especially how much appreciation you both have for Ross. He's one of the best physical actors in the show and you always have the best reaction to his physical comedy.
@kay-jay1581 I recommend. Nickflix. He's on season four right now and he is loving it. He watches with another reactor and they Don't have a side with ross and rachel
I absolutely LOVE Ross and Phoebe's duo, Ross and Phoebe are so chaotic together, we always have these episodes of Ross and Phoebe paring doing something together
The nap and the maid of honor competition are some of my favorite Friends bits of the overall series. The nap stuff is really really funny (especially when Joey's trying to entice Ross to come back for another nap -- "I"m just saying... that's where I'll be..." lol), and I love the sentiment of Rachel's saved items in anticipation of Monica's wedding. Plus Ross pretending to be a drunk uncle and Phoebe tackling him is hilarious.
I’m waiting for *The One With The Rumor.* It’s Thanksgiving Day, it’s one of those episodes where they’re all together, the plot is hilarious and the guest star’s part was really good.
I've always assumed it was Chandler's idea to have Joey in the photo instead. As someone who HATES taking photos, that's what I would have done. I don't care if it was with my fiancee, no way am I posing for a photo that's gonna come out on a newspaper for everyone to see..
Also, regarding you (understandably) thinking it sad that Monica would rather have a perfect photo with Joey than an imperfect photo with Chandler, keep in mind that Chandler himself seemed to prefer that too. He didn't want Monica to be embarrassed - and considering this is a photo that would be in the local newspaper of her parents' (the same parents who are hyper-critical of her) neighborhood, Monica had every reason to be paranoid.
The new generation may not understand the “has she cooked your rabbit?” joke. You might want to take a look at Fatal Attraction with Michael Douglas and Glenn Close
Canonically, Chandler had a history of breaking up with women for mild flaws/quirks. This was an episode focus in S1 or 2 (?), while Chandler's approximately 25-27 yrs old, not a teen. The episode ended with Chandler being set up on a date with a girl. Chandler promised she'd give this girl a fair shot, so Chandler listed all her nice qualities in his head during the date, but ended up with "BIG HEAD, BIG HEAD, BIG HEAD." He keeps an on-off/love-hate relationship with Janice, where her quirks become annoying to him. His most serious relationship before Monica was Cathy, and he started a fight over an assumption stemming from his insecurities. Plus, Chandler fat-shamed Monica in their younger years. That's exactly Monica's point/test: has Chandler grown out of it? Especially since Chandler has been one of the people who fat-shamed her. Monica has not forgotten the fat-shaming from her youth. She grew around it and built herself up, but like she said, an apology from her bullies would mean something to her even now as an adult. Even now, I cannot smile naturally while posing in front of a camera. Yeah the photographer can talk to me and make me smile, but if they tell me to stare straight at the camera while conversing, I just remain awkward 😓
13:50 I think it’s more because Chandler passed out in the photo booth and Monica didn’t have time to get a new photo before the newspaper deadline - but that’s obviously sitcom logic, not real logic.
It's so adorable to watch your reactions to them roasting Chandler 😂😂, I do think they pile onto him at times. I never really liked the storyline with Rachel and her assistant, it's really inappropriate and if a man did the same thing it wouldn't be funny.
I told you at the beginning of season 7. The writers took phoebe's Constant jokes on Chandler and gave it To the other characters as well. Chandler at this point is just a punching bag For the whole group😮
These reactions come out on Monday evenings where I’m from(🇱🇹), and it’s amazing timing! Ending the a hard start of the week. Thank you! Can’t wait for the upcoming reactions! 🎉🫰
So I'm 38 now, but EP 6 with Chandler dumping a girl because she was fat hits close to home. I dated a girl for 2 years when I was in high school and her boyfriend a year before we got together actually dumped her because she was fat. It messed with her self confidence so much that ANY compliment from myself about her being beautiful or looking good was answered with, "no I'm not." If I ever touched her belly while we were cuddling, I got met with, "don't touch my fat." Stuff like that, especially at an early age can affect someone forever. It never stopped during that entire 2 year period either.
Man I do remember Chandler catching strays left and right throughout the show, but I forgot that so much of it was in the back half, and from his own friends too 😂😂
I literally forgot, that today is Friends Day. I saw the video and thought; yeah Friends. And than it me, that today is Monday. I was so happy. Thank you for giving my exhausted day a happy moment. (I write a test tomorrow and been learning all day.) Your videos often take the stress out of my day, and I want to thank you for that. You are my favourite TH-camr.

I love the double standard from Ross. And all friends at this point. So they’re joking about Rachel being fired for relationship with Tag, but when Ross was dating his student all they were joking about is age, not that he can be fired too

i should tell you are the best. I just watched most of your reaction videos it's amazing i like the way you express your emotions. you're really heartwarming person
OMG YOU KNOW GILMORE GIRLS?! I would LOVE to see your reaction to the show!! But I don‘t know if it interesting for the channel if it isn‘t a first time reaction?
I complelety agree with your assessments on Joey and Chandler when it comes to relationships. This is also the second time Joey has fallen for someone and wanted a more serious relationship, but the woman didn't (Kate, the actress from the play in S3). As much as I love Joey, it's interesting seeing the roles reversed and him getting a taste of his own medicine. Also, I love Chandler but I would choose the dog too 😂 IRL I don't trust people who don't like dogs OR cats or any kind of animal really, unless there's a legitimate reason. Fun facts: After E8 aired, it became a popular challenge amongst Americans to see if they could name all 50 states. The New York Times revealed through a survey that the #1 most forgotten state was Arkansas, while there was a tie for the most misspelled state: Illinois and Mississippi. I'm not American but I've tried it so many times and usually do pretty well if I do say so myself (especially as a non-American). I could name 44 states now! The ones I forgot were Idaho, Maine, Missouri, New Hamshire, Oregon and Wyoming. To be fair, I probably wouldn't have remembered Delaware (it is pretty forgettable) or North and South Dakota if it hadn't been mentioned. The funniest thing is that I usually remember Arkansas for some reason 😂 And sometimes it takes me WAY too long to name one of the bigger/more known states. E8 is called a "bottle episode" where the crew has a limited budget. This is why most of it takes place in Monica and Rachel's apartment and is also why it consists of mostly the main cast. Other bottle episodes are most of the Thanksgiving eps (1x09, 4x08, 6x09, 08x09, 9x08), 3x02 "TOW Where No One's Ready", 5x19 "TOW Ross Can't Flirt", 6x06 TOW On The Last Night", 7x01 "TOW Monica's Thunder" and 8x04 "TOW The Videotape". David Schwimmer directed E7, the 3rd of 10 episodes directed by him in the series. The others are 6x06 "The One on the Last Night", 7x04 "TOW Rachel's Assistant", 7x09, 7x16, 8x02, 8x08, 8x12, 9x05 and 10x09. Erin is played by Kristin Davis who is most known for her role on Sex and the City. I love Joey but with Erin (and Kate) he's kinda getting a taste of his own medicine so I don't feel TOO sorry for him. Phoebe calls Erin 'stronzo' which is the Italian word for 'asshole'. Joey is confusing moo point for a moot point, meaning something that doesn't matter or is up for debate. Goofs/continuity errors: In S4 Chandler told Janice that he'd have to be in Yemen until they found an energy source to replace gasoline and in S5 she believed he was still there, so it's odd that she didn't comment on that in this episode (although Monica may have explained it somehow). Chandler told Monica he is allergic to dogs but earlier in the season when he is talking about their future, Monica corrects him and says they will have a dog instead of a cat, which he agrees to. Monica and Ross DID have a dog as kids but his name was Chi Chi, not Rover. Ross says he hates ice cream but he's eaten ice cream on at least two occasions: Once with Marcel and once with Elizabeth. Ross says that anyone who has ever seen a map or a globe should know all 50 states but globes don't show states.
The photo was just a joke, not meant to be analysed. I think they were going for shock value. At least it was funnier than awkward Chandler at the photo studio, which felt overdone.
@ it’s possible to do both, but it’s also often obvious when punchlines are meant to be simply that, and other times when there’s something deeper attached to them.
Yeah I think this is the point where I need people to tell me it’s a different show now and literal things don’t reflect how the characters actually feel and aren’t actually real.
I feel like as seasons go on, Chandler gets picked on a little more than the others. I mean I understand they are a group of friends and friends make fun of each other, but sometimes with Chandler it feels a little unwarranted, especially related about his looks and love life when he managed to end up with Monica. With Ross, there's usually a clear reason why he's being "bullied" with his quirkness and awkwardness. but I don't know, maybe I am just a big chandler fan. RIP Matthew Perry
@@-gohu- Phoebe is becomes too mean towards the end. Whereas in season 1, Phoebe said the mean stuff sometimes but it an actual lack of self awareness rather than for just insulting. Again no hate to Phoebe, I do really like her :D
I love chandler and monica through out the show being together, but truth be told you take some of the jokes about there relationship and apply it to a real life scenario they would have been divorced and broken up
It's really common for Monica to make unnecessary comments about/to Chandler… you'd better get used to it because the writers found it hilarious and used it many times
5:53 well heck i've been hoping u'd post gilmore girls videos but if u've already seen the series then i guess i need to just go rewatch the series again XD
Hey guys, he asked about proper character development for certain characters....i cant wait until you-know-who comes along, the happy accident that joey makes.
the dumb-ification of tv show characters is so upsetting to me. it so frequently the “quirky” or “odd” character and it’s so frustrating to not have those characters develop in the same way others in the same show do.
Very weird to see you upload at this time of day. I normally expect to see your vids ~2 hours later in the day. Did you recently change your upload schedule, or was this video a one-off thing?
Personally, i think if i hurt someone like Chandler supposedly did, i like to think id apoligize now as an adult. I made plenty of stupid choices as a teenager too, but our actions still hurt people. I havent forgotten the bullying and unkind words that were used against me when i was that age. They still affect me today. An apology from them now would mean a lot to me and i like to think im responisble and kind enough now to do the same
I never liked that photo joke at the end of episode 5. I know it's just a sitcom and I shouldn't take it too seriously, but I wish instead of lampooning Chandler's character for like the 10th time in the episode, they just had found a way for him to take the picture OR it was just Monica in the photo, something like that. I always thought it was just a little too mean for Monica's character.
This is why I love free speech. You don’t get shut down for complaining about one bad thing a bit more than another bad thing. Who knows? Maybe you got me pinned by the most trivial thing ever and I am sexist. But I’m pretty sure if you have any critical thinking; it’s so obvious I’m not and you’re just nitpicking. Is it confirmation bias? I think that’s what it is.
funny how you say something being cartoonish makes it less serious when there is ton animated shows these days with better stories and more depths then most live action
For the wedding photo, I would have simply had Chandler looking at Monica, since he seems perfectly capable of smiling normally for photos that way.
That is the secret! My fiancé and I both have trouble smiling for pictures normally. We just did engagement photos and they turned out great! A huge part of it was having pictures where we are looking at each other so we can smile naturally ❤

I was wondering where I knew that guy from. I’m happy you’ve watched Gilmore Girls. Love that series
The "bitch" joke is so much more silly when you remember that no one in Die Hard says bitch at any point.
All it’s suggesting is that Joey gets all “tough guy” when he watches action movies.

I'm Curious what phoebe would do as a maid of honor for rachel
the dumb-ification of tv show characters is so upsetting to me. it so frequently the “quirky” or “odd” character and it’s so frustrating to not have those characters develop in the same way others in the same show do.
This is kind of the beginning of me not liking Monica anymore tbh 🫤 But these episodes are still great!!
Yeah, I didn't like the end to the photo story, either, especially Joey's response. He shouldn't say that at all.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Lol Ross and Joey and there reaction.
Omg u know gilmore girls 🤩
Great reaction
Just reminded how good Bridesmaids was.
Please watch The Emperor's New Groove. It's so good!
Omggg yayy I look toward to your vids soo much 😁
Very weird to see you upload at this time of day. I normally expect to see your vids ~2 hours later in the day. Did you recently change your upload schedule, or was this video a one-off thing?
Yeesh... Yeah what is WRONG with Phoebe??????
19:18 i don't understand why would a reaction channeI show a joke and then edit out the reaction. the heck?
Iam desperately waiting for you to start your Rom coms era
Doesn't sit right with me that you're very vocal about Rachel pursuing her assistant but only said a few comments about Ross pursuing a student.
❤❤❤
Day 3 of asking for your reaction to Klaus.
funny how you say something being cartoonish makes it less serious when there is ton animated shows these days with better stories and more depths then most live action
Well specifically “animated” meaning like super full of life or exaggerated. But yeah I know what you’re saying 😆
...scuse me
