If a brick and morter stores website does third party selling, likely a lot is dropshipped just like amazon. So even dollar store shit should be safer. As they can be held liable. Just make sure its not expired. Yeah it's more expensive. But stuff from cosmetics does go into your body. You pay a little for the safety as well.
Idk why anyone would be ignorant enough to buy from those clearly shitty listings off Etsy instead of using it for what it’s actually for - artist created pieces and or vintage items. Etsy is not meant to be used for what so many throw on there. It was and is still intended to be a place to get unique items.
