    For anyone wondering if this video is worth it, IT ABSOLUTELY IS! This is always my go-to workout and always makes me feel better when im feeling bloated. When I was in a dark time, I remember that Cassey was also the only fitness influencer that was able to make me actually feel good from what she was saying because of the things she said different from the others, and the way she said them. She is a beautiful person and is good at what she does ❤️

    How do you guys stay motivated? I struggle with staying motivated when I want to work out. I need all the help and tips that I can get :) I would truly appreciate it xx

      x• NL •x how i stay motivated is kinda simple; every night before i sleep, i will tell myself that tomorrow i will change! i will make a difference! and i will never let those bullies get to me again!
      During or before i workout, i watch wirkout vids and remind myself of why im doing this

      x• NL •x I stay motivated by not thinking about motivation. Don't second guess being healthy. Just do it. Like Nike's slogan. XD It all comes down to what you really think your gonna acomplish. I mean once you've begun, why question it? You must have started for a reason. Now go through with it. Making mistakes shouldn't set you back either. Who hasn't made a mistake??? It's the people who get up from falling that made a true effort. :) Remember~ There is no such thing as a lousy effort. You either made an effort or you didn't.

    My favorite holiday foods are:
    -my mom's homemade sweet patato casserole (without vanilla extract for me, not a fan of it)
    - homemade spinach squares TO DIE FOR!😋
    -my aunt's brussel sprouts (idk what spices she puts but it's so spicy and flavored and my metabolism is bouncing around the room)
    -veggie burgers (I am specifically liking Mediterranean chickpea and tomato basil pizza by morning star)
    -nutrigrain whole wheat blueberry eggo waffles ( I don't eat them everyday, but with bananas they're very good and they are healthy. if u want a sauce that isn't maple syrup or honey just microwave a frozen strawberry bunch and it make a yummy syrup looking sauce😋)
    -almond butter and frozen bananas
    -good well humus (I recommend yellow lentil, spicy black bean, and edamame)
    -Oatmeal (quaker oats) 😋
    - Hodgson Mill multi grain hot cereal (yum)
    - unsweetened vanilla almond milk. it's so good and thanks Cassey for recommending it to me!☺

    For the past 10 years I always looked like im pregnant after every meal but in 2019 I worked with this video for about 3 months and Everything changed. Even now I do these exercises once in a while and im always looking good 😌 try it

    Could you do a video on how to work your way up to being able to go for a run, or something along those lines? I have asthma, and running is my favorite kind of cardio, but I can't do it for more than a minute at a time.

      BlackVeilPride hey! start off with a gentle jog for 30 seconds, walk 2 minutes! do that for two weeks and you will notice a strengthening in your lungs and cardiovascular system! after the two weeks bump it up! run for 1 minute and walk for 1:30! do that for another week (two if you need too, listen to your body!) And then go up to 1:30 run and a minute walk! after you do that you can work it up to 2 min run and 30 sec walk! and so on until you find you can run for 5 mins or 10, 15, 20! good luck!

    I literally found this yesterday and I absolutely love these videos... Her energy is amazing and she makes me smile and laugh during each exercise. What I also love this that she is not super thin... Shes beautiful but shes not really toned up like some of the exercising instructors on youtube. Which isn't a bad thing at all.. Makes me feel better about myself and the way I feel about myself. It's so inspiring

    I use chromecast everyday to watch blogilates, it's the best way to do so! Back in the days when I used the tablet I had to pause the video every couple of minutes, no need to do that anymore.

    My favourite holiday food is probably going to be a bit different - for a couple of reasons. Firstly, the holiday season falls in summer here in New Zealand, so hearty food doesn't work so well. Secondly, I'm in the process of recovering from an eating disorder and as a result most of my favourite foods are ones I consider healthy. So my favourite holiday food is cherries!! I have really positive memories of driving to be with family for Christmas, and on the way we would always stop at the same orchard and pick our own cherries 😊😊🍒

I go to work for a 9-6 shift, then i was gonna go to the gym right after, as I'm driving i realize oops i forgot my gym shoes, go home drive back to the gym no parking then i had to come back home!       I just try to suck my belly button in and it helps! You can really feel your lower abs working :)

      Maybe try to position your hands differently. Either further down, or higher up. But it's also important to keep your abs strong.

    My favourite holiday food is homemade PEROGIES!! My family makes home made perogies every year and I am learning how to make them myself now. Lots of carbs but I can't get enough of it

      try use your hands for support or lie flat on the ground? Maybe a pillow or a more comfortable mat. I advise getting your neck checked out by a dr. or masseuse just to be sure :)

    My favorite holiday food is hands down the stuffing my grandmother use to make. Every year I looked forward to that warm, soft, savory dish that she would make for both thanksgiving and Christmas. This will be my first year without her, and without that amazing stuffing

    My favorite christmas food is potato salad, omg i could eat a bowl of it, idk in US but in Venezuela we have that as chrisrmas food and also hallacas, love it~

    This actually worked omg! Like Ii finished the workouts of the calendar and wanted to stretch but suddenly i felt rl sick because ive been stuffing my face with food all day and so after the workouts i suddenly felt how full I actually was. I knew that my belly needed some debloating and that quickly so I did this lil workout and I feel so refreshed! I can go on with my stretching routine now :) Thank you Cassey! xx

    My favorite holiday food comes from the Mexican side of my family: tamales. They are so unhealthy, but SO GOOD. I could eat...like..20. Thank God for this workout after those tamales ;)
