Wow the fact that my daddy story is her daddy story except one part, but wow. I’m in therapy now working on myself (ptsd)this hit different when you become an adult. Still a work in progress 🙏🏽🙏🏽 praise God
Hi Pastor's Ken and Tabitha. I thank you both so much for rhis podcast, it truly is insightful, uplifting and inspiring. Tour podcast has not only help to receive Jesus again but has shown me I am now ready to attend church again and be wter baptized. I lost my dad when I was 12yrs and my mom & older brother at 16 yrs old, I have never processed the pain just moved it to the back of my mind. My perception of therapy has always been I will be judged and all I say will be held against me. However, through watching and listening to your experiences has help mindset on many things and has also reminded of many good habits I once had. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the Lord leading my to your podcast and church. It's been so many years since Ive been excited to want to attend church in person. Thank you Thank you Thank you for all tou both do.
I always feel so fake when someone asks how I am and I say “good”, knowing full well I’m under but believing to overcome! Thank you for giving me the permission to keep it real without feeling like I’m compromising faith.
Wow this was great! Loved the last point about how we should seek Jesus first in midst of our pain, we must remember he is our primary healer and comfort above all other resources in this world. ❤
