Great video, what’s your opinion of riding abroad Martin? I’m off to Bulgaria with a group of five in a few weeks, my first time abroad riding and I’m excited but I need to come back in one piece😂
Cheers for the comment Pete, riding abroad is brilliant. I've been to a number of places and can't say I've had a bad one yet. Just relax on the bike, don't think too much of the consequences if things go wrong and know your place at the drop in similar to group riding in UK so you're not holding folk up. I was quite happy at or towards the back because I had the camera and there was nobody in front of me particularly slow 😂 I did hear of some guys going to Bulgaria this year but not looked into what the riding is like but suspect your pound will go a long way which is similar in the Pyrenees. I just think the biking scene and vibe is great, met a number of strangers upon arrival and left with some friends and great memories. Enjoy your trip, I'm sure you'll have a blast 🤙
@@mtbnorthwestengland thanks Martin for that, looking forward to it, apparently it’s very enduro like trails through forestry and suchlike, it in the bansko pirin mountain region and is run by two English chaps..and your right it’s seems bloody cheap😉. Will let you know how it panned out, if all good it’s Madeira next year possibly, although your Pyrenees one is tempting🤔. Once again appreciate your advice fella👍
@@twowheels4689 what you don’t see on this is each descent is 30 mins or more so you’re arms and legs are cooked at the bottom so if you don’t die at the top you might at the bottom. Exactly what happened to me when I crashed and landed on my head, last feature on a very long trail and no strength left to tell the bike what to do 😆
Great edit pal. Been looking at Basquemtb for a few years now. Was it all uplift or were there any climbing / hikeabiking? We had a week with Ride Southern Spain in June this year and it was epic. 100% uplift with no pedalling uphill. Highly recommend. 🤙
Looks a great trip 👍
Sure was pal🤘
