I am so glad you finished this and I must say that you cooked on this!!🔥🔥 Personally I think that BF having the Week 2 Chrom doesn’t really fit in the OG and I’m glad this was changed in this version, the intenseness of the song is also amazing!

I think I get what people are saying when they say that V1 was better. With this version, it feels as though the dread and intensity had been sucked dry, and the transition from Bf to L is Real at the start has lost it's punch. 1:33's scream is just too goofy for this serious song, in comparison to the anxiousness and more garbled feel from the OG. Both Chroms are barley audble over the jingle bell sfx. Also, The Finale duet and Luigi's final cry for help both hold little to no impact, I could barely hear him shouting. Overall just a stepdown from the Glorious Meal that was OG Thalass. 3/10
The only thing I wanna change is make Luigi’s chromatic sound like he’s drowning, that’s the only negative. This sounds so much better than your older one. I’m sad it was deleted but at least we have this amazing song. I was already a fan of Thalassophobia but I think it’s in my top 15 now

Honestly agree. The original had the perfect theme going for it. This version has poor audio mixing, the ending is boring, L is Real’s vocals are hard to hear, the screaming is pathetically bad, and the instrumental lost so much charm.
