Hey Josh love all your videos. In case you were wondering Czech is pronounced Check. My family is part of Czech, Poland, Greece, etc. Beaver has a flat brown/black tail that looks like a paddle. Fox have pointy ears and a really fluffy tail. Definitely looks like a gopher or groundhog.
You should explore whispers estate in Indiana , my grandma lived there in the summer with her aunt as a child and had many experiences with the paranormal and had many unexplained things that would happen to everyone in the house . The history itself is very dark and many passings in the house I believe as well. The house is now a museum if I’m correct.

That animal is a woodchuck/groundhog. Depending on where you live in the U.S. dictates whether you call them woodchucks or groundhogs. It is too big to be a gopher. This house definitely looks like they just woke up one day and left. Of all the "stuff remaining" abandoned homes I have watched this definitely ranks on the top 5 for most stuff left. Medications even left. Crazy! Such a cool home too bad it is just sitting and slowly decaying. It is in a nice spot as well. Stay safe gang!!

Random thoughts: Can you imagine going from acting to working in a cafeteria? Love that deck! That's a beautiful gun safe. I will never understand opening the fridge. Its crazy how worked up people get over guns , it's such a common thing where l live in Canada pretty much everyone l know have at least 2 or 3 guns lol theres probably more guns than people here in Canada and lm pretty sure it's the same in America as well.

The place has bad Feng Shui. I am not talking of all the clutter, but the layout of the floor plan and lighting-window position in relation to the sun and cardinal directions. All together the place gives me a feeling like the spooks, and I am just watching a video.
It's incredible to see how much stuff was either left behind or just there in general. It's definitely unkept in many ways. I don't get why the guns weren't in the safe 🤔 such a crazy environment in general.
I think he was cleary being targeted by someone (something to do with his connections w the president and ppl we don't know about) maybe his sickness was caused on purpose by those ppl as a final warning and the guy didn't wanna accept that and his house got raided and he got taken somewhere and killed. Maybe something to do with his wife... idk... for how shady this whole situation is and for what we can see that his life was, I definitely think something shady was going on/happened.
Since there is a lake around the house, I will say it's a muskrat. Definitely NOT a beaver, does not have the tail of a beaver. Muskrats live in and around water like beavers and do look similar to beavers but have a rat-like tail. Most Canadians will probably agree that it's a muskrat and not a beaver.

The place has bad Feng Shui. I am not talking of all the clutter, but the layout of the floor plan and lighting-window position in relation to the sun and cardinal directions. All together the place gives me a feeling like the spooks, and I am just watching a video.

I think he was cleary being targeted by someone (something to do with his connections w the president and ppl we don't know about) maybe his sickness was caused on purpose by those ppl as a final warning and the guy didn't wanna accept that and his house got raided and he got taken somewhere and killed. Maybe something to do with his wife... idk... for how shady this whole situation is and for what we can see that his life was, I definitely think something shady was going on/happened.

Since there is a lake around the house, I will say it's a muskrat. Definitely NOT a beaver, does not have the tail of a beaver. Muskrats live in and around water like beavers and do look similar to beavers but have a rat-like tail. Most Canadians will probably agree that it's a muskrat and not a beaver.
