@@silambamjayasri Yes. Most probably they will give only constraint length 3. You consider s2 and S1 as current state so that you don't get confused but the real operation is different if you go through thaat you will get confused. Remember for all the problems the next date will repeat a, b, c, d only the output will vary so if the output is correct problem will be correct.

Constraint Length is just the number of shifts. It is not related to current state changes
