Papdi chaat is my favourite snack of all time! When my mom doesn't have the energy to cook , she makes bhel and papdi chaat and that's honestly the best dinner i could ask for :) altho I'm surprised they didn't put more toppings in the papdi chaat , we usually have onions , tomatoes , green chutney , tanerind chutney , curd , chickpeas/potatoes and spices on top with coriander
basmati rice is mostly eaten in north India btw, although they eat other rice varieties as well. In other parts of India, we get different varieties of rice.
