Two issues. Over regulation of permits, and the fact zero developers with private money sources will touch it. See above comment about tax dollars at work. I lived in L.A until I immigrated to the uk in 2019. It’s reeeeeaaaaallly gotten so much worse. Blessings. 🇬🇧
The thing about this is that there are those who are in this situation but are actually trying to get out. I fear homeless camps like these more in cities that in the north than those in the south where people are just trying to get by
What we see here is a political choice. Not Biden, nor Trump, but stretching back generations to the end of the 1960's when the 3rd Industrial Revolution started to significantly affect industrial employment. Politicians failed to address the blatantly burgeoning crisis in both work and housing. In N European countries we have addressed these issues, we have zero homelessness... Because as a society we refuse to accept it. Meanwhile in America ppl make videos of the indigent. Which defines America doesn't it. A society of the finger pointing, the faux pious and complete inertia ... If the individual America is not directly affected, then the shoulders shrug and they offer prayers. 🙄
No it’s not. It’s probably like 50% foster kids statistically speaking. Or people who never had anything to begin with, and certainly ain’t getting billions in taxes
You've got a unique gift. Keep spreading it with that humble spirit.
Driving around filming poverty.. crazy unique
Skid Row. May things get better. Thank you for all the roads you travel CharlieBo313 🙏🏿
With all the money flowing through LA, you'd think they would build apartments on top of these one-story flats and house these people if they want it.
Who gonna pay for that? You?

They would live in squalor either way bro. It's a spiritual disease.
Nobody wants to build houses for drug addicts/gang bangers who destroy them and dont pay rent.
Who is going to pay for it, come on now.
I live in a country that's 100 times poorer than USA yet I've never seen such a disgraceful dissolution of public space in my life
Worry about your own country and not the US.
Crazy how LA looks more rough than the roughest hoods in Chicago and down south.
Damn this is cool, how’d you get behind the scenes footage of ‘28 Years Later’?
John 3:3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."

What happened... so fast. I almost want to cry. Please help us.
You’re doing a fine job, Mayor Bass. Newsom, you’re doing a great job too.

You may have captured footage of the last running Toyota Tercel

Corrupted politicians sent our industries to china ..
Calling BS on no homeless in Northern European countries.
Also how's that mass immigration working out for you all?
only in America will you see a Cybertruck driving through a homeless camp
If I’m on Vernon Ave I’m close to the pad.
What are your views so low? You used to get lots of views for your videos
totally fine nothing to see here just billions of dollars of taxes at work
No it’s not. It’s probably like 50% foster kids statistically speaking. Or people who never had anything to begin with, and certainly ain’t getting billions in taxes
And billions spent on the homeless totally unaccounted for!

I don't understand! What's happening? Poverty instead of Dream!
Crapfornia
Along with the other crappy states with the same problems.
That's not Crenshaw BL
I know, but I think the part that shows Crenshaw Blvd is Crenshaw Blvd.
This is the democrats version of joy, love, and diversity.....
...the US states with the highest rates of poverty are Mississippi, Louisiana, West Virginia, New Mexico. and Arkansas.
Absolutely
Rightttttt. Wake up this is a problem even in the Republican run fantasy land states.
