Those babies are soooo cute! Every time I see Earl his color has gone from dark to light red and back again. I think it’s so neat bc I had a red golden doodle that stayed the same color red all the time. I love it when Earl is light colored red with darker red ears. He’s such a beautiful dog.

Glad to see Earl getting around good again. Very cute quad goats. I use to put a cup of salt in a 32 liter bottle of water with cap in the water tank to keep it from freezing totally. You need to adjust # of bottles/salt for size of bowl/tank. It work for ours during a few days of freezing temps at least enough to allow them to drink. Hope Houston fish tank stays unfrozen.

Hey Daniel! 11-14 month gestation time for donkeys, so you would have to look to see when you put Steve and Freedom back together… wasn’t it when Kane left the farm? You surely have a “rough” record like a calendar event or something of that sort documented somewhere which could give you at least an idea of. How many months you POSSIBLY have left! I’m thinking anytime between now and March! So very exciting! I can’t wait to see another baby donkey! And it would be amazing if like last time you had another surprise baby!! (donkey poodle) Also, mothers in the wild also eat the afterbirth for the scent of the placenta to know what her baby smells like and it remains imprinted by scent! I’m raising meat rabbits and I was doing some research on breeding when I watched a video where a doe gave birth to 18 kits!! 18!??!! Just wow but what was amazing was seeing God in that video! Kits eyes are closed for about 2 weeks, so with completely sealed eyes, all 18 of these kits made their way into the nest and under mommas pulled fur to get warm and to wait for mom to come back, hells bells after 18 babies, I would want/need a break too! Hahaha! Anywho… HAPPY NEW YEAR ARMS FAMILY!

Okie to Okie and I use to raise goats for years, Nubians and Alpines. You would need to supplement all 4 of Spots babies, bc you wouldn’t know which ones got what quantity of milk. 😊. Ours threw twins, triplets and at least a few every year had quads. They need immediate nutrition to help them along since they had to wait for nursing for such a long period in between birthing. Just felt the need to mention. No criticism meant. ☺️😊
