Jason is heading back to New Mexico elk hunting and looking to redeem himself after missing the biggest bull of his life last year. It doesn't take long and a big 6x6 is heading his way.
@@stephenmanukas7601 I must of missed bowhunting 101. Thankful you were here to help me out. ;) I guess a million people who shoot Carbon Express Maxima Reds must of missed the class too. Lol. As far as red fletching, I use 2 red and one white and seems to work extremely well. Never once in the 100's of animals that I've shot with my bow did I once think, "Man, if I didn't have these red arrows it would be easier to see the blood on my arrow." 😂
I lived in NM for 5 years served in the AF at Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. Its a magical place. Unfortunately, never had the opportunity to kill an Elk. Awesome hunt.
Congratulations on that beautiful bull elk.
I'm in NW PA. Take me with you next year!
Why use red arrows and red fletching? When arrow/blood sign is so important, you need to use white wraps with all white vanes. No red. Bowhunting 101.
