Disney parks in the rain are great! I have done Disney Land and Disney World in the rain. You can basically walk on the rides without any wait time and most of the rides have covered entrances so the only time you are out in the elements is when you are walking to the next ride. In between rain showers you will be able to get great photos. The streets are less crowded, the ground is glistening, and the cloud cover prevents harsh shadows and glare! How is that for a silver lining? 😉

Hi, a tip for the large container of spinach...I freeze half in a ziplock bag and store thee other half in the fridge. I use the frozen spinach in hot dishes...that way I don't waste anything. Have fun on your trip!!
I too freeze fresh spinach in a ziploc bag. I mainly use it in my smoothies, but what I really like about it is that you can crush it like potato chips and use it in soups, stews, dips...
So glad to hear there are more of us who freeze fresh spinach:) a lot of ppl blanch it first. Too much for me, no time for all of that😉😊
That is such a great idea! You can also use the frozen spinach for smoothies if you are trying green smoothies (Which are delicious)!
Venesa, that's a great idea. I like to make creamed spinach and I'm weird but I can't stand the stems so I pick them all off and tear the spinach into little pieces. Breaking them frozen would be much easier! I'm gonna try that.

A tip: when I am not able to finish my fresh spinach, I stick the bag in the freezer. The leaves kind of freeze individually in the bag… Kind a neat. I then use them in smoothies or in vegetable soup, spinach dip‘s, etc.
My favourite bit is when the children recite the rules! Such well behaved children:) x

We aren't big on the Costco hard boiled eggs. They don't have any taste it's strange. I think it's the stuff they put on them to preserve them so long. Anyone else have that issue?

I have to tell you!! It's really easy to make cauliflower bites. They're great with ranch dressing or Frank's Red Hot Sauce!! I make the kind that go in the oven, not fried though. I'm going to make me some tomorrow. I have a head of cauliflower. I live in central Ohio, and we actually have a windshield advisory tonight until tomorrow. I don't think I'll be going anywhere tomorrow, but I have plenty of food. I always stock up in December and January. That's why I drink almond milk. My dad is taking me out on Sunday. I've never been to Costco. I'm thinking about asking my dad to take me, he has a membership. I really want to try their croissants.
