The symptoms of dry eyes include watery eyes, irritated eyes, and a feeling of having a foreign body in your eyes. All of these symptoms can contribute to your symptom of also having blurred vision. However, it's important to understand that blurry vision can be caused by a variety of other eye conditions. I found that if I put my forefingers right on the bags under my eyes, then press in and down as I look up, it makes them water without using lubricant - even though I have bad dry eyes. A useful trick.

This is why dry eye causes blurry vision: When the cornea is not lubricated enough the dry spots present on on the cornea and cause fluctuating vision, this fluctuating vision causes the ciliary muscle to work hard to clear the image and trigger eye strain which lead to blurry vision and tearing in some cases.
Is blurry vision caused by dry eyes permanent or the vision gets normal after dry eyes are treated?
@@daniakhan_419 Usually in most cases it will get better after treatments, as long as there is no problem with the eye muscles or Accommodative spasm and/or systemic conditions (Autoimmune Diseases, low Vitamin D Serum in Blood, Trigeminal Nerve issue).
@@Psychiatry.321what about after cataract surgery? People who underwent cataract surgery lost their eye accomodations, right? Can they get back clear vision after the dryness cured? How long does it usually take to cure eye dryness?
Hi, dry eyes usually lifelong condition which required ongoing treatments to control the symptoms, especially if lasted for more than 3 months and cataract surgery cause dry eye due to corneal nerves damage when cutting the cornea to insert the artificial lens. Regarding ciliary muscle functions after Cataract surgery this lead to (Diplopia as the Complication of Cataract Surgery) in some case and to get the clear vision you must treat the dry eye condition and check for strabismus. @@darianprotho6622

When I stretch my back during exercise my right eye becomes totally blurred for a couple of minutes..then it returns to normal vision..I wear glasses too...what could be the cause..has anyone experienced this before
