Hi , i already have a Tao Bao & 1688 account half done and apparently frozen because I don't have Alipay yet. Xan I fix that by creating an account or is it too lste because I already have the 1688 and taobao? I ask that because you say it will mess up if you don't do things in the right order ... TIA

@@nathaliebarre1644 you would just have to make another account once you have created an alipay account. Then taobao and 1688 would be connected to that new alipay account.

@@nathaliebarre1644 Yes, if they have different ID cards linked to them. If they have the same ID card number, their system will flag it.

Do they send commercial invoice with your company name on? Could be an issue with customs if you don't have a commercial invoice.

You can request it, but it will be in Chinese to only Chinese companies! If you want an invoice for overseas companies, need a 3rd party to buy. (i.e. our services or others) provide invoices for any company.

ohh, never tried that...maybe there isnt an ipad version for 1688. Have you tried downloading 1688 on the app store from the ipad?

Actually, I logged in to my 1688 using my iPad but my challenge is that it is not displaying the full screen by the right hand side in order to have a full view of the overview of the platform that you explained earlier in the video.

@@ChiamakaMkpuma-h4m When using google chrome on a pad, you can open the browser and under settings, select desktop mode which will imitate as if you are using a desktop computer instead of using 1688 on an app.
