There is lots of reason for tripping motor, I didn't read your video, Just i read ur headline and I m sharing experience.
1, Motor short ckt/ Grounded,
2, phase issue or failure
3, Contactor issue ( either contactor contact not properly contacting each pole)
4,Timer malfunctioning,
5,Motor bearing or stuck up,
6. Loose contact
7, control voltage loose or missing while star to delta change over..

Breaker ki current Rating 100 amp hai. Over load relay ki settings 55 amp hai.. Over load condition par ...over load relay pahle hi trip ho Jayegi......MCCB breaker overload Nahi ho raha hai.... Vedios KO dobara Dekhe...pls...thank
