  • Some of wildlife photographer, Rachel Bigsby's, favourite subjects are the Fulmars that make their homes near her own on the Sussex Coast. Rachel's footage of these graceful seabirds features in Nina Constable's stunning online series ‘Wild World Doorstep Discoveries’. The film and accompanying photography, along with the whole series, are an uplifting celebration of the natural habitats to be found close to home. Our thanks to Rachel and Nina for allowing us to share this footage here.

I saw what might have been a pair circling near chichester, using your enthusiastic and marvellous film as a reference, it was confirmed. One of them tightened the turn radius quite agressively and entered a shallow dive, I saw then it's total air superiority unlike the bigger-feathered hawks and things

A charming video. I too watch and photograph the fulmar around Hope Gap and towards the coastguard cottages at Cuckmere. I love watching the kittiwake at Seaford too.
