- Today is travel day for our second big trip of 2024 to Salou Spain!
Join us as we start off our June 2024 trip to Salou at Manchester Airport in the UK through to our Hotel in Salou. In this travel vlog we share our full TUI experience from Manchester Airport to Reus Airport.
We also share our hotel we are staying at “Pirámide Salou” with a full room tour and review!

I was a Thomson Holidays rep at the Hotel San Diego in 1986!! It's still in business, I believe. Oooh, the tales I could tell! Salou was tiny in those days.
Was it at the hotel “Best San Diego” as that is near our hotel. I bet Salou has changed a lot since
@@MistVlogs That's the fella. I was last there about eight years. The resort is about three times the size it was with the expansion of resort hotels, but then the original parts of my day are little changed. Opposite the San Diego was the Victoria Pub and that's still going.
Bet it’s interesting seeing how it’s tripled in size. Haven’t seen that pub, will have to keep an eye out when I’m around that area!

Great vlog guys, for me I dislike staying in Hotels where I am staring straight into another apartment, I do like a view!!
Thanks! A view is nice to have I agree but for us we are out all day and go out in the evening as well so wouldn’t make the most of it even if we had one

It’s a nice hotel, very central to everything. Also it’s great that they include a couple visits to PortAventura world with your stay. Will you be doing the theme parks?

Will be amazing! If you want any other visits then you get them with the hotel half price. Thinking of having a few while we are here
@@MistVlogs I noticed that hotel is disabled friendly. Had hoist for swimming access and 5 adapted rooms because I’m in wheelchair so it would be easier
